Positiv: Freundliches Boardpersonal, sauberer Kabinenraum und saubere Sitzplätze

Negativ: Wie mittlerweile bei fast allen Airlines gibt es Getränke während des Fluges nur noch zum Kauf angeboten. Ich finde generell, dass ein Becher Wasser immer drin sein könnte. Es gibt ja aber auch Gott sei Dank andere Möglichkeiten, sich an Board zu versorgen.

Positiv: The flight was quick and they waited for our flight from JFK, which had been delayed and arrived and hour later than scheduled.

Negativ: The crew made far too many unnecessary announcements and the sound system was friggin loud. Everyone on the plane jumped and cringed everytime there was another completely unnecessary announcement. The seating area in coach was also a bit crammed. The flight was full as were the overhead bins so i had to stow everything at my feet and there was barely any room.

Negativ: With 2h30 hours delayed flight I missed my train and had to have a hotel Arcturus airport in Amsterdam and continue my journey only the day after.

Negativ: We missed our connecting flight, had to wait six hours to fly to Munich, then sat in the Munich airport for four more hours as the flight to Milan was delayed. My bag made it to Milan by 10:30, I arrived at 22:00.

Negativ: Didn't make it to this flight due to problems described in aforementioned flight (madrid to London). Was stranded in London overnight.

Positiv: In hour 20 of delays and being held in a room with no access to water

Negativ: Best airline! More space between seats. Great service. Great meals and snacks and overall excellent experience! I've travel a lot and no other airline in North America comes close! Thanks!!

Negativ: Plane loaded late then waited on the tarmac, arrived an hour later than scheduled time. This has happened to me on every one of the ten Lufthansa flights I have been on. Apparently they don't know what it is to be on-time.

Positiv: check in war eine Katastrophe. 2 Frauen hinterm Tresen, die im Durchschnitt 10min pro Fluggast brauchten, um das Gepäck entgegen zunehmen, obwohl die meisten bereits eingecheckt waren

Negativ: Flight members were very rude, one didn't smile once. She also yelled at me when I was standing in an empty row stretching and waiting for the bathroom. She told me I was not allowed to stand up, even though I was in no one's way and we we're free to move about the cabin. Horribly rude during drink and food service as well.

Negativ: It was ridiculously hot and the crew didn’t offer water after initial drinks run and we were seriously dehydrated. The flight was delayed and although the first half an hour we had excellent service there was no follow up service and the temperature in the plane was really very uncomfortable

Negativ: Being notified of the cancellation, instead of accidentally finding out about it. Very poor or lack of communication regarding cancellation due to pilots' strike.

Negativ: Well,my whole trip was an adventure! Problem with my checked in bag, so i had to pay 22 pounds extra to fit it in a connection flight and now i have to send receipt to get the refund. On my way back, there was a delay, so i missed the flight and the checked in bag

Negativ: British Airways lost my bag TO Europe, I was without it for 2 days, AND they lost it on my way BACK. I will never fly this airline ever again. Who loses a person's bag TWICE?? ON THE SAME TRIP?? Beyond that they treated me with such discontent, it was like they didn't even care.

Negativ: Meine Tochter (sie ist 16 Jahre alt) war die einzigste die auf standby gemacht worden ist. Obwohl sie minderjährig ist. Das ist eine Sauerei und das Personal haben NULL Empathie oder Sympathie gehabt.
