Negativ: Without any explanation, Air China delayed my flight from Beijing to Hong Kong for 3 hours and ground staff still had an bad attitude toward hundreds of passengers asking questions.
Positiv: More leg room than traditional American carriers. Flight crew is a little different, but would fly them again when going to Asia. I felt safe and was happy with service.
Positiv: Crew are okay. Lucky, there wasn’t that many people on the plane.
Negativ: Rest room need clean more and food wasn’t that good.

Negativ: Der Service war unterstes Niveau. Angefangen vom Boarding, wo man jugendliche Traveller vor Familien mit kleinen Kindern das Fugzeug „stürmen“ ließ. So ging es leider weiter, ständige, sich wiederholende Durchsagen, viel zu warme Heizung, was mit „ Vorschrift bei Nachtflügen“ rechtfertigte.

Positiv: Entertainment and food were geat and a great distraction from the seating arrangement and the horrible leg area.
Negativ: Not having a chair leg in the middle of the leg area. being able to sit next to my partner instead of having us split up. If we bought two tickets at the same time we should have been able to sit together. Lastly the huge delay that caused us to miss are final flight.
Positiv: The crew was very responsive. The dinner food was good.
Negativ: The entertainment touch screen was not responsive to the touch, neither for me nor for the other members of my family. The power socket in my seat was not working, but I could use that in my wife's seat.

Negativ: Train your ground crew. Our luggage was not placed on our flight from Paris to Amsterdam and were sent to Amsterdam on separate planes. My husband’s medication was in his bag. This was a great inconvenience for us. Never again on Air Canada. I suggest you explore the baggage process used by Delta.
Negativ: Really hard to get boarding passes online
Positiv: The crew was wonderful. We were in business class which was modest but comfortable.
Negativ: Ground crew in Paris failed to put our luggage on plane to Amsterdam. Also, plane was delayed about 40 minutes because of Amsterdam air traffic. Captain was very apologetic to the passengers.
Positiv: Average crew. Average seat.
Negativ: They could have controlled screening babies better. They just let them scream.....
Positiv: The flight departed on time and arrived early. The crew were all courteous and kind even to the man who was sitting next to me who seemed quite demanding.
Negativ: I am small but the seats seemed a bit too tight. The plane itself seemed a bit outdated.

Negativ: Please catch up with the rest of the world and offer vegetarian options for your food. The entertainment did not work at all during the flight so not being able to watch a movie or listen to music during the 4 1/2 hours in flight was very annoying.
Positiv: Some of the staff who speak Korean were very nice, but most of the staff were smiling at me when I asked them questions in English, but they were not very friendly. Also, it was hard to get on the plane because the seats were too narrow and uncomfortable.

Negativ: Transfer in Nanjing to Bangkok. Delayed was not good but worse was that we arrived so early we couldn't check in for an hour and couldn't go to business class lounge. Also no transfer hallway. Had to clear immigration just to get on next flight.
Positiv: Crew was very helpful and friendly. Seats are a little bit too small with a little bit not enough room side to side and front to back.

Positiv: The entertainment was adequate and there were multiple snacks/meals. The bread rolls were warm. And they provided towelettes for wiping hands after meals.
Negativ: The crew could have been more considerate, and the Economy seats were even tighter than usual! There was no leg room and even without the person in front of me reclining, the seat back was hitting my knees. The passenger next to me had longer legs and was much worse off. The food was very poor.
Positiv: Turkish Air’s boarding is very good and their food and entertainment is good
Negativ: I have flown many international miles and many with Turkish Air. I have seen them go backwards as an airline these past 9 years. No more Premium Economy and very small seats, no more hot towels b4 takeoff, unbearably hot cabins, no good snacks on long flights, etc.
Positiv: The flight and crew were excellent. Turkish Airlines business is always good.
Negativ: The delay leaving Heathrow was not so good.... missed connecting flight in Istanbul and no availability on the night flight. Had to re-book with Air Astana.

Negativ: I had to change my ticket dates and the ticketing agents took FOUR days to respond the charged me almost $900 for changes that were NOT made then we had to go through the process again before the changes were finally made
Negativ: This flight was operated by MIAT. I have never been on a plane with such cramped seats. If the person in front tipped their seat back it was almost touching your nose! Nothing on screen for 4 and a half hours and the AC barely functioned, so with a full plane it became unbearably hot!
Positiv: They did give us a snack on board
Negativ: We were delayed 3 hours. I had no Mongolian money because I was leaving the country. The crew at the airport had no idea about giving people at least a bottle of water. They ignored our requests.

What an absolute joke of an airline. 1) Flight attendant spilt a half a bottle of water on me and didn’t even apologise 2) Same tv shows and movies as 5 months ago. 3) no eye shades 4) entertainment turned off around 20-25 mins before landing and all headseats collected 5) staff
Positiv: My seat was dripping from the top and I got my shirt wet while I dozed off!! The cabin crew gave a bundle of tissue saying, "pls help yourself"
Negativ: The flight condition should have been better and the Etihad should learn how to help guests reach their destinations on time

Negativ: We boarded the plane at the time the flight was supposed to depart without explanation as to why there was a delay. Then we sat on the plane for two hours without explanation again. Landed 45 minutes after the originally planned time. Our connecting flight to athens was going to depart in 15 minutes, but left us and 58 other passengers. Poor communication to the passengers and then poor communication or help from the airline. If they would’ve waited 15 minutes, 60 people could’ve made their connection. Instead we have to wait 6-7 hours to board another flight. The customer service at the Moscow airport was sad... only two people at the desk for 60+ customers needing new flights because of their unexplained late departure.
Negativ: Flight from TLV to Tokyo was delayed by 1:20 hour. The flight crew told us not to worry. Then we were held on the terminal shuttle near the gate for a long time before the doors opened. Upon arrival to Moscow was assigned with a connection to Tokyo via Korea. I’m still in Korea and late to Tokyo!!!!

Negativ: Thai seems to be the only major airline without a transit desk in DPS, so connecting passengers have to waste hours going through immigration and customs, checking in again, then going through security and immigration all over again. Flight was fine except for this waste of 2 hours standing in lines
Positiv: There should have been some information upfront that such (cheap) flight (compared to the norm of Thai Airways) is a low-cost one! Otherwise I'd have been more okayed with this. I was surprised a lot of corners were obviously cur (that's why it was rather cheap) like meal for example!
Negativ: Just be upfront and tell people this is a low cost flight so expectations wouldn't then be that high!

Positiv: The crew were friendly, the entertainment on offer was broad and appealed to all passengers. The meal choices were very good, I requested the LFML options and all were good except for the light evening snack at the end of our second flight which was somewhat lacking in flavours and variety.
Negativ: The seats in economy felt cramped on the Boeing 700-300ER, with not much room to recline. This impacted on ability to fully relax and rest on such a long journey. This improved on the Airbus 350 thankfully, which much more leg room.

Negativ: The website is horrible and full of bugs. In Flight tracker, the same flight returned two results, one in cancelled status and another in delayed status. I called british airways to update my personal details as their website didn't allow me to enter details, the staff messed up the details.
Positiv: The crew were really welcoming, which is not always common on BA.
Negativ: The entertainment system is tired, and the selection could be a lot better.

Negativ: Considering this flight was delayed two and three quarters of an hour, and as we remained on board with no refreshments offered except a small glass of water during this time, it was not a pleasant experience.
