Dieses Resort liegt am Strand und ist dank der hervorragenden Lage (Avenida Kukulkan) zu Fuß gerade mal 5 Minuten entfernt von: Museo de Arte Popular Mexicano und Torre Escénica. Ebenfalls nur 15 Minuten entfernt: Playa Linda und Playa Langosta.

The hotel is clean, the staff works round the clock to keep all areas clean.
The shows are good.
The pool was nice and the wet bar bartender is excellent.Negativ: The food options were not great for Vegetarians or people who do not eat pork/beef.
The Wifi was pathetic, kept disconnecting every 5 mins even in the lobby.
The service near the Grand side pool was almost non-existent.

I sent an email to the Manager and I never got an answer.Positiv: All inclusiveNegativ: I called the hotel 2 months before the arrival to make sure about age policy for children and they gave me a WRONG information. They said the policy for children is up to 18 years old. But the receptionist said I had to pay extra for a 14 years old child. I sent email to the Manager and he never gave me any response and I still waiting.
Besides, Getaroom.com offers on its website the reservation with 17 years old children policy. So confused and disappointed.
Ok, just not greatPositiv: Kids club flexibility, La Bamba dining, the beach, coffee shop. Beautiful beach, good kids swimming pool. Nice getaway where you can just be lazy and hang out.Negativ: Staff not very friendly - they did their job, but not really with a smile most of the time. Housekeeping was inconsistent - sometimes room didn't get cleaned, usually it was partially cleaned. Food inconsistent. Don't try the pasta bar, so overcooked as to be mush. La Bamba was good, though. Hard to figure out their schedule - would be nice if they posted schedules for shows and things somewhere.
Negativ: Upon arrival, I was told that I was being "upgraded" at no additional charge to their sister resort Grand Oasis Sens and not given a reason why. The representative even went as far to so show me pictures of their renovated rooms; however, this was not the case. I was placed in a lower level room with construction going on in the room next door which I was not informed of at check in. The room smelled of mold and I had to request new blankets for the same reason. The room air conditioning was poor. No air conditioning in common areas and it was so humid my asthma began to act up. If this treatment is indicative of the Grand Oasis name then it is must steer clear!
Negativ: When I took a shower the water was yellow, and the staff didn't care.
Positiv: Steps from the ocean, huge pools, clean, close to public transportation.able to visit sister hotels(oasis) Negativ: Food was horrible, two small elevators for huge hotel, to many children, the entertainment team sucks, not much to do if weather doesn't allow pool/beach usage, and sales people through out the hotel trying to get you to buy ANNOYING!
Positiv: The staff, accommodations and location were all fine for my one night stay. Upon arrival, the check in rep was unable to locate my reservation made 5 hours earlier - I had a 40 minute check in process as their system does not update more than once daily.
The service and restaurant staff was courteous at all times and constantly tried to please.
Quality of food was fine. Captain Hook ship fun for late night 3 hour party.
Nightly 9PM show had sound and light issues - the talent put on a good show.Negativ: Although I jumped hoops to dine at at the reservation required restaurant Careyes, (which had 5 empty tables) the General Manager, MENKAR VASQUEZ, made NO EFFORT to allow the 2 of us to enter the restaurant.
