Positiv: Well trained, professional, highly efficient flight attendant, and what is more important, in good mood during the whole the flight

Negativ: The mobile application Air France didn't know the city or airport Dubai. Often same thing happens on the android application work Sheremetievo airport in Moscow

Negativ: Our request for vegetarian meals got lost after a glight was cancelled.

Positiv: Everything! The service was exceptional!

Positiv: Boarding procedures and crew were top. Wines and beverages excellent and even in super economy water was served several times

Negativ: The food could have been much better, should consider doing everything organic. As it was, the chicken in the meal was awful, the dessert terrible. The rice in the salad hard, almost uncooked. The only good quality food was the bread and the cheese

Negativ: The supervisor and some of his crew were rude because I had a problem and they were not helping

Positiv: Crew attentive, flight left and arrived on time

Negativ: More movie and TV show options. Also foot rest would have been nice.

Negativ: They won’t reimburse us for our flight that they canceled.. HORRIBLE and will never fly with them again.

Positiv: The boarding process was smooth and we were updated accordingly.

Negativ: Eveything was making cracking noise.. walls, chairs, windows, floor etc.. and we flew in to a thunderstorm that could have been avoided if we took a slower root.. but they rather risk ut than being a little bit late... The windows were white and grey sue to the rainy clouds and then super brigth as lightnings struck.. the plane was shaking like crazy...

Negativ: Boarding was chaotic & therefore delayed take off a little Receiving luggage was slow -@ 35 minutes from landing to luggage claim, so actual arrival was considerably later for those meeting me

Positiv: Crew was amazing! Slept much of the flight after lunch. Punctual!

Negativ: FA’s distributed food but never came back. Also didn’t collect used containers until flight was in decent stage. They were generally unavailable unless you rang the FA button(which I never do)

Positiv: Service with a smile and a more humane approach would be good

Negativ: The connection time between these two flights that you sell as a package is not enough. It is a 30 Min journey to do in a 45 min transfer, and the gate closes 30 mins before departure. Then if you’re first plane is delayed even by ten minutes (as mine was) you are more unable to catch your flight

Negativ: Lost my checkedin baggage. Missed my connection flight from Muscat due to delay in arrival from Istanbul

Negativ: Buses to and from the plane. One driver left us in a full bus waiting for 20 minutes. When we arrived in Vienna, there was no bus to pick us up. We had to wait in the plane until one showed up.

Positiv: The crew was good. They were friendly and efficient. One did forget to return with a promised coffee but she apologized when I spoke of it to her.

Negativ: 1. no air conditioning until the plane was in the air. It was STIFLING on the runway. 2. no power sockets to charge devices

Negativ: Ukraine is great when it comes to taking your money, but when you have an issue or can't find your bag, they will not compensate you

Negativ: Overall ok. Boarding went smoothly. Seat was cramped and there was a metal bar in front of my legs. The food was poor. I got some odd savory rice dish with raisins and two cubes of cheese. Make sure to bring snacks as it is a long flight. Most of the crew was hospitable but one stewardess was awfully crabby...

Negativ: Airport staff cannot fix ticket issues Bag has been lost for over 2 weeks and customer relations office advised me to wait 3 months before any compensation is even considered. Had to pay extra $240 to get on the flight because on one was available to correct a ticketing mistake. Horrible airlines

Negativ: Connection at Frankfurt airport very poor We had to run for 15 minutes to get our Singapore flight with no assistance from Lufthansa

Positiv: Entertainment was good

Negativ: Need to link the food request to the new flight since there was a delay from the arriving Lufthansa flight

Negativ: Boarding was slow but they had increased number of wheelchair clients. Not their fault but was a known so the process could have been started earlier.

Positiv: The crew were very professional. There was a very difficult passenger who was very rude to the stewards and I thought they coped really well. I was sorry to see them treated in this way.

Positiv: Very responsible and kind cabin crew. We were delayed by maybe 8-10 hours because of weather. The crew would have to work all night, but were very kind about the situation.

Negativ: Short flight; so there was no real in-flight entertainment. That's really alright though.

Positiv: I like the web that show me my travel schedules, I don’t need to look for email. But when I check in airport, they ask me flight confirmation number which I don’t know either that number doesn’t indicate. So I hope that you also include flight confirmation number too.

Positiv: The Chinese people were wonderful! But I was required to pass thru security checks 3 times arriving. 3 times transiting and 3 times leaving. At customs, transit and departure. No common sense to their process only"letter of the law". For example I was taking beef jerky to my friends in Thailand but the Chinese security has a meat sniffing dog and they confiscated it as well as the girl in front of me More than $100 worth of jerky. They should have given it back at departure gate. I had to buy more in their duty free shop. Also they cancelled my flight without advising me but did get me on Thai airways later that day. Too much hassle to Transit China

Negativ: The plane was an oven for 30 minutes, while we waited for the engine to be turned on, wrost flight experience ever

Negativ: I couldn't take the airplane since they closed the gate earlier then plannee. I had to buy another ticket and I was stuck at the transit area of Moscow Airport for 24 hours.

Negativ: Besser wäre, wenn der ursprünglich gebuchte Flug stattgefunden hätte, dann hätte ich meine Urlaubsplane halten können und nicht stattdessen ein Tag früher als geplant abreisen. Darüber hinaus wurde mein Gepäck nicht mitgeliefert, also aktueller Status nobody knows alle hoffen dass der noch auftaucht

Negativ: My baggage did not arrived to my final destination ( hopp to get it in 48 hours) Int’l Transfer at Moscow AirPort . Long que and only 1 Window open. Moving very slowly. Purchased a Seat by the exit for extra money the Seat was very tight not comfortable at all Some of the crew was real sour no smile no Kind word like a robat Some of the russian passangers has behaved like no man Kind .

Negativ: The only reason this flight was not excellent is my bag was left in Helsinki and not transferred with final flight leg to Manchester

Positiv: Of all the flights I checked this was the most convenient in timely manner and comfortable.

Negativ: Movie options.

Negativ: It took around 15 minutes for airplane to park and I was very near to loose my second flight, if my second flight had not delayed I would have loose it totally.

Positiv: Comfortable seats and good entertainment, nice food

Negativ: Cabin crew were not friendly, and were resistant for any special requests

Positiv: Sehr freundliches Personal, große Startverspätung wurde größtenteils wieder aufgeholt

Negativ: Der Flug startete mit 45 min Verspätung, obwohl das Boarding pünktlich begann. Die vorab georderte Früchtemahlzeit - ich esse gern leicht auf langen Flügen, weil ich sonst nicht schlafen kann - wurde nicht serviert. Also nahm ich stattdessen Thai-Curry, wie es "unthailändischer" nicht schmecken kann. Und das bei Thai Airways. Die Bordunterhaltung wäre theoretisch sehr gut gewesen, nach den angebotenen Filmen zu urteilen, aber Kopfhörer wurden nicht ausgeteilt.

Positiv: First and only time on an Airbus 380. Amazing to see how such a large bird can leap daintily into the sky without any effort. Wonderful decor. Very pleasant and attentive flight crew.

Negativ: Nothing negative, however was worried that the route might not be economical as such a large capacity plane was virtually empty. On the plus side, had empty seats all around.

Positiv: The crew were very helpful and attentive, the food was really excellent ( note I travelled in business)

Negativ: The lay flat bed was good but hard, entertainment was good but having travelled the route 7 weeks ago, not much had changed - but a good choice. We were late leaving but arrived on time

Positiv: Food is always good on Thai airways flights and flights are always good value for money. Staff were friendly and attentive.
