Comfortable flight. Lots of space.
They booked me on two different trips, then the agents deleted both trips, and then my flight got canceled and they didn’t tell me
This was a delta economy flight. Staff were nice but everything else pretty rubbish tbh
Was not let to board as the site failed to notify me if a friend purchased the ticket they need to be present at check in. Now we are not able to get a refund and paid for a ticket we will never use. Ridiculous rules as I fly from London and she lives in the US. How can she be present to show her card. $480 down the drain on top of that I had to purchase a ticket at the airport since I was already there

Negativ: "Virgin website is slow and not intuitive. Couldn't get seat assignment until i was at the gate. No explanation why. Boarding announcements delivered via ESP. Half of the passengers were still in the boarding area because no one heard announcements. Arrived 30 min early but had to wait on the tarmac for 45 min for a parking gate. Baggage delivery at JFK took forever."

Virgin checked bags all the way through, even though tickets were unrelated (and my online checkin said I would have to recheck baggage for second flight)."
Negativ: "Seats are small in economy. I was lucky it was not a full flight, so I had two seats. The entertainment system was a. It confusing to manage, but the choices were good. Food was ok; but not worse than would expect."

Positiv: "The entertainment selection was good, though I didn't need to see the blurb about having vloggers available before every movie. One of the very few airlines to use boarding by rows, which speeds up the boarding process."
Negativ: "The legroom is very cramped, pretty difficult to eat your meal with the seat in front reclined. The crew were not very attentive: they completely missed me while I was waving the rubbish on their collection rounds. In the end I had to dump it myself in the toilet bins. The PA system is too loud compared to the rest of the entertainment, had to remove the headphones for each one of them."

Negativ: "Boarding is always a bit of chaos when our seats are right in the back. People further up insist on boarding early and block the aisles in the process. Multiple levels of passport control and baggage checkout are chaotic, but that's for most all flights coming into USA? VIrgin/Delta handled it well enough. By the time we got through passport control in Boston ur bags were waiting and we had no problems at all."

Flew Business Class on Swiss Air once to Geneva (#1) and all the flights I have had with Porter Air are comparable to your airline, but the free cookies and beverages at Porter's terminal in Toronto wonderful."
Negativ: "A couple things went wrong on this trip, my checked luggage got misplaced for a day, and a nice women in baggage claim told me what was happening and a nice man handled my claim and my bag has now been returned to me. The bigger thing is my flight bas delayed taking off by 3 hours. Let me start that I would rather have a part replaced on the runway then not, safety is paramount. The fact is my flight took off 3 hours late from London (VS11), and got to my destination (BOS) 2.5 hours late. Kudos to the flight crew for getting me to my destination faster by gaining a little time. Plus, since BOSTON was my final destination it was all fine this time. But if I had had to get home to the elder person I take care of or my teenager it would been a problem. Again, I'm annoyed, but I do understand the reasons and they are valid and preferred. I have heard that airlines to keep their flight rating high, wait for planes to leave the gate on time and then do repairs on the tarmac. If this is still a SOP for airlines you should change the way the statistics are collected and figure out a way of not perpetuating this type of disincentive. This is just hypothesis on my part, and my whole trip had little negatives."
Positiv: "Very professional crew throughout."
Positiv: "Superior comfort, class, and style. The crew was friendly and accommodating, the pilots kept you up to date with flight info and departure/arrival time (and kept the seat belt light off almost the entire trip), the food was delicious and offered throughout, and the entertainment was top notch. Seats were comfortable (we had bulkhead row Space+ and they were worth every cent for the international long haul from LAX-BNE and SYD-LAX) and everyone got a pillow/blanket. We got premium noise-canceling headsets, water, and a little care kit including an eye mask and earplugs and a pen to fill out your travel documents. The overhead bin space was huge and we got two free checked bags of luggage up to 50lbs each (I don't know of that's standard or not, or if it came with Space+ seats). SERIOUSLY the best airline."

Timely boarding announcements, fairly roomy seating, and prompt snack delivery. Seats in the waiting area could have USB charging ports on both sides. Minor issue; I charged my phone on the flight.
The staff was extremely nice and professional.They did excellent job!
Seats were surprisingly comfortable and sufficiently roomy. Flight attendants were helpful and courteous. Flight departed on time and arrived a little early. My wife and I both agreed this may have been the best flight we've ever had: a direct flight from Kansas City to Atlanta to visit my son and his family. Convenient, relatively inexpensive, and overall a great experience!

They put my husband and I in an exit row and my daughter at the back of the plane with strangers. I was not comfortable with strangers being responsible for my child. I assumed they would seat children with at least one parent. We did ask to move at the gate and the accommodated us with the last row on the plane. No recline, no window, and right next to the bathrooms. We took it to be with our kid but this policy needs to be revised. Kids should always be seated with the adult responsible for them... who knows what kind of person might end up next to my child. Not to mention if she had needed something is the stranger gonna take care of it? It’s just a bad practice imo."

This was greatly appreciated, especially after 5 days of drinking and partying. My buddies and I spent two and a half days in Las Vegas for a bachelor party followed by two days in the LA area for a wedding (yes we did it Hangover style) :) Thank you Delta!"

Negativ: "Online check-in in Mumbai war äußerst holprig und Bordkartenausdruck ohne Vorankündigung "due to administrativ restrictions" verboten. Widerspüchliche Aussagen machen es nicht leichter, man braucht ja einen Ausdruck um überhaupt ins Flughafengebäude zu dürfen. Anstatt um 2.55 Uhr nachts dann eine dreiviertel Stunde Verspätung. Am Online bagage drop off äußerst zurückhaltender Service. Der elektronisch gebuchte Sitzplatz wurde nicht auf der jetzt ausgestellten Bordkarte übernommen, sondern ein willkürlicher, weit entfernter Platz. Die Dame am Schalter konnte auch keine nebeneinander liegenden Plätze für mich und meine Frau buchen. Das sollten wir mit den Passagieren ausmachen, die würden vielleicht tauschen. Und ein Blick auf den Sitzplan, das ist leider verboten. Bei so einer Kundenorientierung kommt die Lufthansa üblen Billigfliegern gleich. Vielleicht sind dort die Flightattendents jedoch weniger hochnäsig."

Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

If the person in front of you is asleep during meal service, the FA (flight attendant) won't lift the seat and it may be a very uncomfortable meal experience. Other airlines will have the FA do it themselves. ...and you need to be careful about staying awake to get food (otherwise you can get forgotten)."

Habe daher Zug verpasst nach hamburg und damit Abend Termin . Hatte am service Gate gefragt , ob ich direkt auf den Flug nach hamburg tauschen kann - es gab freie Plätze und ich hätte einen für 622 Euro kaufen können. Warum muss das anders sein als beim Zug ? Fliegen ist wie Zug fahren . Ich habe auch mein Ticket (79 Euro ) mit der dB für eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 19 Euro tauschen können .. und die was nicht schuld und hat einen schlechten Ruf ;) gerne flexibler werden wenn Flexibilität von Passagieren erwartet wird . Danke , dass sie das ausrichten .. viele Grüße"

Negativ: "Plane was late leaving Helsinki due to broken latch, which made us late getting into Chicago. After landing we waited at least 45 minutes to get to a gate. It took at least 30 minutes to get off the plane and then getting through customs was a nightmare. Arrival board at O'Hare said plane was on time, but listed gate as 0, which of course doesn't exist so our ride home had no idea what was going on or what was taking so long and ended up waiting over three hours for us to get through everything to meet them."

I have difficulty walking narrow aisles, and in crowds. The staff was very understanding, and let me pre-board, ensured someone was there to help me deplane, carried my carry-on for me, and did everything possible to assist me. The crew/staff was wonderful!"

ICN is quite large in scale so I couldn't use duty free shop due to so many passengers and the spacious hallways even though I had 2hours . perhaps you gotta presume it as 3hours for enough time . so I had to throw out my lotion or moisturizer at ICN .pfff I wasted my money :p"
