Negativ: First flight delayed, missed flight to SF, stuck in frankfurt. A hotel is not adequate compensation

Positiv: A380 with extra legroom is great comfort

Negativ: Connection at Frankfurt airport very poor We had to run for 15 minutes to get our Singapore flight with no assistance from Lufthansa

Positiv: MAN-MUC & MUC-CPH via LH. Business class. LH Businesss class is middle seat of 3 is empty and larger amounts of baggage plus you have access to lounges. Both planes flew and arrived reasonably on time, which is what I look for.And I got all the Business Class extras.

Negativ: Security at Manchester was very slow - long enough make me ill from standing in one place too long. But then I was well looked after. The meals on both flights were identical; I don't think it can be a big problem to correct that. I took a long time to get accepted by the WiFi in the two lounges.

Positiv: The crew were so friendly and helpful.

Negativ: I was told on the phone earlier (and very rudely) there are no gluten free options for eating. I have celiac disease and do not do the diet for "fun". It's for health. I found out thanks to the excellent crew on board there is an option.

Negativ: I was seated next to the restroom, which is not a pleasant experience for an international flight.

Negativ: Plane was late taking off, Crew did not provide water when requested. They were busy with beverages that they could sell at a cost.

Negativ: Announcements at the gate: there were none. The flight was slightly delayed and there was not a word from BA agents.

Negativ: Seat in front of me was mostly lowered in a position that caused an uncomfortable force against my knees. My neighbor had to place his knees in my sitting area for the very same reason. Otherwise everything was great.

Negativ: I was bumped off my flight and re-routed return to NYC. Flight was supposed to depart at 10:25am and flight they put me on left 1:05 Pm and the connection was not even Finnair, but Icelandic air. The Kayak site did not alert about extra charge for confirmed seat before I had paid in full ticket.

Positiv: Keep it up with great services. !! Thank you!

Positiv: Loved Finnair. Hated Justfly.com. If you own this company, you need to end up like Blockbuster or Circuit City.

Negativ: Boarding was crazy. Could not everyone in the gate area.

Positiv: Crew was great and helpful despite oversight in my special meal.

Negativ: Special meal request was overlook. I did not mind so much as eating less does some good! It is human to err!

Negativ: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Negativ: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Negativ: Flight was delayed by 3 hours, but not United's fault. Also the snack selection not great. They did play movies on back of headrests, but we had no volume and no where to plug in headsets that I could see. So basically had to watch a movie with no sound.

Negativ: Take off could have been better. It was delayed, but pilot helped resolve the problem; so, it was fine.

If I was informed I would not spend the extra money to flight on an economy “seat” which was not comfy seats for the entire trip

Positiv: Check in was simple and efficient, boarding was easy, leg space was sufficient, air hostess where polite and plane was clean prior to take off. Landing and take off both on time.

Negativ: Two toilets for 100+ people meant long queues for the bathroom throughout the flights. The toilets were not even once cleaned in a flight of 4 Hours, meaning that by the final hour, they were a complete utter disaster in terms of hygiene. Pilot made a complete mess of descending and landing.
