What I don't understand is why we were not able to get boarding passes and seat assignments when we did our check-in in Sydney? Why is that so hard? Also, when we were getting our boarding pass in LAX it was so confusing when it asked for checked bags. Our bags were already on a belt going to who knows where - were we supposed to check "yes"? If we had a boarding pass this would not have been an issue."

The crew was friendly and accommodating, the pilots kept you up to date with flight info and departure/arrival time (and kept the seat belt light off almost the entire trip), the food was delicious and offered throughout, and the entertainment was top notch. Seats were comfortable (we had bulkhead row Space+ and they were worth every cent for the international long haul from LAX-BNE and SYD-LAX) and everyone got a pillow/blanket. We got premium noise-canceling headsets, water, and a little care kit including an eye mask and earplugs and a pen to fill out your travel documents. The overhead bin space was huge and we got two free checked bags of luggage up to 50lbs each (I don't know of that's standard or not, or if it came with Space+ seats). SERIOUSLY the best airline."

Two days later I guess is an appropriate time to then put it on the next flight? What? My bag is 20 pounds, smaller than a standard sized Dachshund. And low and behold they said I can spend up to $50 on necessities. Too kind, virgin Australia, too kind."

However, I was not the one canceling the flight and re-booking - that is their problem and after so much loyalty for years I feel like I should have gotten some kind of upgrade for free...If I have to cancel - I have to pay fees - but if they cancel - I lose ...despite being a very loyal SkyMiles customer. I am quite disillusioned with Delta now and will have to look around to see what other airlines there are now - and my entire family - and what kind of loyalty they give to their loyal customers. It needs to be a two-way"

Negativ: "My daughter was booked on this itinerary and was finishing her last leg of journey. Complete ticket was booked thru Delta Airlines. Her flight from Amsterdam to New York today operated by KLM, was delayed by few minutes. And Delta flight from JFK to Cleveland DL4084 was preponed by airlines. Result was my daughter was not allowed to board the aircraft. Worst was yet to come. Your staff at the gate offered her a flight to Cleveland for next day at 3:30 pm??? Means around 24 hours later. Is this how you behave with a girl of 19 years, asking her to stay at the airport. She was refused Hotel and Lounge stay by your team!!! Is this what you call customer services??? Obscene services is what I would like to term it as!!! My daughter asked them to give this is writing, which was refused to her. Why are your people scared to put it in writing if everything that you are doing is right by the Law??? I was left with no other option but to book her on American Airlines flight today departing at 9 pm to ensure that little girl doesn’t have to spend close to 24 hours at airport by paying $423. Who is going to bear the loss of money and mental torture that your team has given to me and my daughter???? A surprise for us was being asked if we would like to move seats from the back of the aircraft to Comfort Economy (we think it was to do with weight balance! but appreciated very much none the less). The flight attendants were very professional and helpful, as you would hope all attendants on all airlines would be. We'd gladly fly Delta again anytime."

Got back to SD 4 hours after scheduled time."

One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. Totally unacceptable behaviour."

Das Essen war für eine Businessclass und einen mehr als 2 stündigen Flug eine echte Zumutung. Kalte und geschmacklose Vorspeise."

Negativ: "I was apparently "flagged" by British Airways for extra security checks. As I understood it in London, I was randomly selected for this security check. This then apparently meant that I was to be flagged for all subsequent flights. This meant that in Chicago, after going through two other security checks that day (Zurich and London) and completing customs, I had to engage in a full Homeland security check. This involved removing protective covers from my laptop and phone that were hard to get off (not meant to be taken off regularly) and a full body search that I did not have to do in London. After many hours of traveling, this was very a frustrating experience."

The guy sitting in the seat behind me kept putting his knees into the back of the seat to prevent me from reclining so that his girlfriend could sleep with her head in his lap, so I could not recline in sleep on the long flight from Munich to Philadelphia. I don't have any of these issues when I fly on United. If you want me to fly on American more than I suggest you fixed them."

Sonst konnte man Film und Unterhaltung im Händy oder schauen Tablet herunterladen.Brauchst einfach gute Batterien dafür es gab keine Auflade Möglichkeiten, nur am Airport."

The airlines took my family of 6 off the flight that I booked 6 months in advance, and I had no flight out of Munich, Germany. I do not know why. I called and had them put us back on the flight. I paid extra for seats so that we could all sit together. The seats were given to others and my family could not sit together. The American Airlines employees were not helpful at all! The agent, Rowna, lied to us that we would be sitting together. They will not reimburse me for paying extra for seats that I did not get. The porter that pushed my mother in the wheelchair was more helpful than any employee."

Negativ: "This was actually an American Airline flight with other carrier names. I hate how AA tries to get passengers to pay more for seating. Even less than 24 hours before the flight they were trying to trick me into selecting a less desirable seat or pay an additional $93 per seat. It was only because we got to the airport early did better seats mysteriously become available. Even after selecting seats they still tried to get us to pay for "better" seating."
