Negativ: "Flight was delayed in Frankfurt due to technical issues. That was fixed, but ended up missing the flight to Minneapolis. Lufthansa provided vouchers to hotel and shuttle to the hotel (holiday inn express) and back to the airport. We stood out in the cold for 45 mins but the shuttle did not show up. Ended up taking Uber to the hotel only to find out their shuttle service does not start in the morning before 5:30 am. They booked me on a 6 am flight with 5:45 boarding time. The hotel scheduled a taxi to pick me up at 3:30 am to make back to the airport on time. I ended up spending $70 and I’m totally exhausted. I wished I just stayed at the airport. Not to mention the quality of the hotel accommodations is less than average. Very disappointed with how this whole situation was managed."

Left us to take day earlier and we could not changed last flight( Toronto- Thunder Bay). We had to come on Aug 22. and stay in Toronto for 27 hours and than take a flight to Thunder Bay on Aug 23. We lost a day of our vacation, had to stay at hotel. Not good experience at all. We still don’t know whom to complain about that."

We brought two bottles of water each from the terminal. I could have used more, even with the drink service. The flight attendants we're having thier own personal conversation while passing out food and ran by when it came to the final trash clean up. When I got up to use the facilities I tried throwing my trash away but was ignored by a crew member while she was resting."

Das Abfluggate des Anschlussfluges wurde ca. 3 Stunden vor Abflug bekanntgegeben. Aber aufgrund einer verschlosssen Glastür konnte man erst 25 Minuten (!!!) vor Abflug dort hin gehen. Es kam zu einem großen Stau vor der Tür und der Abflug verspätete sich entsprechend."

I think the limited storage was only for an aisle seat, because there was a bar ensuring items did not slide into the aisle and endanger people walking through the cabin."

The touch screen did not function at all, and the map and games would not load. What did eventually work was still incredibly slow."

Erst die 3. sehr freundliche Angestellte schickte uns zum Express Check-in und wir waren 25 Minuten vor Abflug beim Boarding. Das hätte man uns auch leichter machen können..."

Icelandair hatte uns einen Flug mit 30 Min Umsteigezeit gescheduled - was mich sehr nervös gemacht hat als wir dann Verspätung am Rollfeld hatten und dann noch Bus fahren mussten. Der Anschlussflieger hatte sein Boarding bis kurz vor Abflug geöffnet und wir haben es dann easy geschafft. Man muss auch erwähnen, dass es in Reykjavik mangels Sitzmöglichkeiten einfach ewig lange Schlangen gibt in die man sich einreihen muss. Wenn man auf den günstigen Preis verzichten kann: nie wieder Iceland Air!"

Bei einer 10-stündigen Reise eine Zumutung. Getränke Auswahl war mangelhaft, vom angebotenen Sortiment waren einige Getränke nicht verfügbar. Mir wurde im vollen Flugzeug ein Sitz in der letzten Reihe gegeben, dessen Rucklehne nicht verstellbar war. Zusammengenommen war es die schlechteste Erfahrung eines Fluges in den letzten Jahren. Ich werde definitiv nicht mehr mit Icelandair fliegen."

Gates are too small and seating non-existent. That said, I will happily use Iceland Air for future trips to Europe."
