I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

And then were coerced into having to purchase another 2 tickets on the next flight, instead of them transferring our seats from one to the other. Absolutely the worst treatment to a paying customer / passenger you can imagine."

Negativ: "The day before departure I prepared for an easy checking process at the airport & consulted aeromexico website about baggage and called Your customer service dpmt to ensure I understood the limitations in size, number and weight for my baggage. However at the check-in the weight allowance in cabin for the 2 pieces was the weight for one carry on not for this and the personal item I was told by phone."

Negativ: "Made us miss our non refundable flight due to customs line for “tourist fee” and scanner not working for passports. Even thought we still had an hour before flight was scheduled to fly they claimed that we would not have enough time to check in bags before the departure. They then proceeded to acknowledge that it was customs fault but they can’t do anything about it. The rest of my party made it to the plane with plenty of time but my husband, 2 year old, 9 month old and I were left stranded in Tijuana, Mexico. The airline didn’t even offer a credit towards another flight, they we offering a new flight two hours later for $2,800 US. Then suggested to maybe arrive earlier next time, even though we arrived 3.5 hours before our domestic Mexico flight! Then when my party arrived at the destination they ask and complained about the incident and found out, the internal note said “ missed flight due to client refusing to pay luggage fees”! Horrible!!!!! What’s worse was that we had to spend the night the airport because they shut down shuttle/car rentals services. Aeromexico worst “company policy”and liars! Tijuana international airport is a joke! Don’t waste your time and money!"

Negativ: "Their system says one thing but in the airport they charge you otherwise. I had purchased my ticket with 2 checked bags allowance only to go to the airport and pay 235 because apparently I didn't!. And I had called not once but SEVERAL times to confirm that I had that 2 checked bags allowance. Furthermore, they told me I would have to wait for my bags and transfer them to the connection band, but guess what? I waited an entire hour for my bags only to be told my an airport employee not even a Aeromexico one, that most likely my bags already went to their destiny. My flight was in 1 hour from then and I almost lost it thanks to them giving incorrect information to their customers."

Negativ: "We were told to take our suite case to boarding gate and we wanted to check in our bags since I don't speak Spanish when we went through TSA they went through our large suitcase 4 times and keep all of our liquids which I knew it was not allowed but attendence told us to go any way the TSA search took forever when we got to boarding gate which still have 20 minutes before plane leaves they close The gate and made us pay full airline price all over again and waited 4.5 hours for next flight and I paid $50 on original flight for prefer seating and was not able to used any of my original price paid. Will never fly Aeromexico AGAIN!!! Worse day ever and TSA took my girlfriend iPhone during the 7 times they went through our stuff !!"

They dont have automatized check in so they make you wait for long time in the row."

Negativ: "The staff was rude. Never in my life have I been treated this disrespectful. I felt very offended by the staffs attitude and actions to the point I felt discriminated because of my religion. Yearly my church flys with Aeromexico to Mexico and I've never had a problem but this year I felt very targeted . As I was checking in they told me that my luggage was 2 pounds over the weight they direct us to have it so the employee told us to go and take some items out , we moved from the line and he 'shooed' us away saying "no go all the way back" we did and when we tried to go back to check in another employee cut me off from going in line and told us she didn't care for what I had to say and to return to the back of the line. At this point I was already worked up from their behavior and my mother whom was traveling with me tried to calm me down. As we get to the from of the line the SAME guy who 'shooed' us had a customer who had an over weight luggage , BUT let him take out item right there and then with his luggage on the scale . Well my mother got upset because we didn't know what it consisted of to have that privilege. We get attended by the employee who cut me off and my luggage was still 1 pound over the weight limit and she instructed us to get out and take items out , we expressed to her that it wasn't fair how other people who were flying got the advantage of just doing it there and we asked why . She denied ever doing that and said to go with the employee who did that because she refused to attend us . We asked another employee if we could speak to a supervisor and we were being persisted but she would ignore us and walk away from us . We couldn't believe how badly they were treating us. So we then went on to go with the employee who 'shooed' my mother and I and asked him why did he give special privileges to other people flying and was discriminated us , he literally told us "what discrimination? You guys need to relax. What do you want? Do you want me to attend you or what? I have other people waiting" he checked us in and NEVER saw or spoke to a supervisor . We will def never be flying with them again ."
