Positiv: thanks to the paid upgrading we got 2 seats in the front of the cabin (row 5)
Negativ: there was NO organisation at all during boarding: the people just stood in line, not respecting 1,5m. Also at the airport security waiting lines no attention to social distancing was respected. At arrival the off-boarding was in groups of 8th rows, not really helpfull either. A big disappointment versus the flight we had from BXL to PORTO !

Positiv: the only thing that stands out was the agent who checked me in at Entebbe. She was pleasant and helpful. Most things were ok, but not special.
Negativ: Because I require oxygen onboard, I was not allowed to check in on line. consequently, my wife and I got middle seats that were very tight. At least one of them was an aisle.

Negativ: Cabin crew were arrogant and didn’t allow us to storage our backpacks in the over head cabins.
Positiv: no remarks. everything fine for a short flight

Negativ: Better airflow in cabin, letting you know about meals before getting to plane.
The worst flight in 40 years of traveling
Negativ: Everything went wrong. The flight arrived 40 minutes late and I missed my connecting flight because they closed the gate before I could get there. As a result, when I asked both airlines involved (Brussels Air and Portugal Air (TAP) what to do, each airline blamed the other airline for the problem and each said it was my problem to fix. After speaking with ten people and begging them to make the problem right for a problem I did not create, they finally issued me a new ticket but I had to wait 24 hours for the new flight to leave. It was a total breakdown in communication and organization and customer support and problem resolution on the part of the airlines and the airport. I never want to fly these airlines again and never want to take a flight with connections.

Negativ: Needed to replace plane because of technical problem, that should have detected earlier. The business seats are standard seats. No water through the flights. Very bad experience
Negativ: I requested Asian vegetarian meal and I got regular vegetables and some products used by people with Celiac problems, even the wrapping of the "fake" bread says that it was for people with celiac problems.
I tried three monitors and none worked properly. Any way with the poor selections of movies I did not miss it. I only missed it because I like to watch the flying statistics.

Negativ: Food was good, temperatures appropriate for hot and cold. Fresh fruit or vegetables would be nice rather than processed.
Positiv: I liked the (free) upgrade to Premium Economy.
Negativ: Food was ok but I recommend including a small salad with dinner.

Negativ: I’m not sure if there was WiFi, i wished that would’ve been advertised. If possible can you advertise the drinks and snacks selections. I booked my flight with Lufthansa but it was operated by another company which made it difficult to find
Positiv: By far the best of the 4 flights involved in my trip. Everything went smooth except for deboarding, but that's because of the people, not the airline staff. There was constantly an attendant walking the plane offering water refills entire flight. 3 beverage services, 2 meals, and constant water. Very very good experience
Positiv: It was just a flight. Nothing to rave about. Just a typical up and over flight. The flight left Athens over an hour late and got to Brussels almost 90mins late.
Negativ: We weren't offered complimentary beverage service. They did a beverage service for paid drinks and that took well over an hour. We were only given a simple single piece of chocolate while waiting to take off

Negativ: The Florence Airport has difficulty with baggage. Had to wait for over an hour.

Negativ: Fight delayed more than an hour, much of that time we sat on a bus. Plane arrived late at the starting airport.

Negativ: Rest rooms were clean, food was adorable, good coffee, no complaints.

The seat was confortable and the food was ok. Some of the crew were nice others not that much.
Negativ: The cleaning of the toilets. Awful and without water and soap. The restrooms were not clean from the beginning. It was disgusting. Having new cabin.

Negativ: Boarding at Brussels was awful. After arriving from another international city and having to go through security, I was informed , just before boarding that I had to go to a location 20 gates away and wait in a long line for another security sticker. It was very confusing.
Positiv: Crew went above and beyond. Food was excellent and the Crew kept us hydrated.

Negativ: No AC, we roasted. Seats uncomfortably small. Terrible on boarding and off boarding process.
