Positiv: By far the best of the 4 flights involved in my trip. Everything went smooth except for deboarding, but that's because of the people, not the airline staff. There was constantly an attendant walking the plane offering water refills entire flight. 3 beverage services, 2 meals, and constant water. Very very good experience

Positiv: It was just a flight. Nothing to rave about. Just a typical up and over flight. The flight left Athens over an hour late and got to Brussels almost 90mins late.
Negativ: We weren't offered complimentary beverage service. They did a beverage service for paid drinks and that took well over an hour. We were only given a simple single piece of chocolate while waiting to take off

Positiv: Not really something. It was an old cabin. The seat was confortable and the food was ok. Some of the crew were nice others not that much.
Negativ: The cleaning of the toilets. Awful and without water and soap. The restrooms were not clean from the beginning. It was disgusting. Having new cabin.

Negativ: Boarding at Brussels was awful. After arriving from another international city and having to go through security, I was informed , just before boarding that I had to go to a location 20 gates away and wait in a long line for another security sticker. It was very confusing.

Negativ: The boarding could definitely be better - customs and an additional security check before the gate was a bit much and caused the flight to depart over 15 minutes late.

Negativ: Poor organization, 2 hour line to check your bag, crowding due to lack of communication and organization at the gate, slow luggage boarding. All of which led to a 45 minute delay sitting on a hot and unairconditioned flight followed by a missed connection and 6 hour wait at the next airport. There was no entertainment inflight, so nothing there to rate. The staff were pleasant under the conditions. Nothing else was positive.

Negativ: The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed without explanation for nearly an hour. I managed to make my connection to Frankfurt, but my luggage did not. I’m hoping it will arrive today.

Positiv: This flight was eventually cancelled and the rating is solely on the ground experience. EuroWings could not have done anything worse. The process took from 10:30am upon arrival in Dusseldorf til 11:00pm when we were told the counter closed at 10pm and nothing could be done till next day.
Negativ: Have representatives on the ground and make public announcements about the progress, next steps, help offered and steps that need to be taken. The info was sparse and had to be gotten on an individual basis. Nothing was coordinated or communicated and every step had to be done WITHOUT HELP.

Positiv: One of the crew member who served our food seemed in a rush and just dropped our food on our trays :( There was a lack of communication at the counter for travelers like us who was making this connecting flight. We were there four two hours and nobody bother to tell us we needed to check-in again.
Negativ: Better communication for people making a connection. Not to wait until you are showing your boarding pass and then telling us we needed to check-in again,

Negativ: The flight could have been on time. not only was the plane late arriving, but then the didn't take off for another hour! have never flown an airline that refuses to take off because of a little rain.... :-(

Positiv: The ticket was affordable.
Negativ: It was not clear who was or wasn’t supposed to get meals so I only got a breakfast but no dinner. Also the flight was absolutely freezing and no offer of blankets was made.

Negativ: Brussels air cancelled our flight and didn’t rebook us on another until 25 hours later- so we lost a whole day of our trip. They were supposed to email me confirmation of the new flight and did not- I had to finally call Lufthansa to get it.

Negativ: The check in process was slow and inefficient. One of our bags was routed on another flight (we’re still waiting for it). Ridiculous amount charged for chech in luggage for an international flight!
