Service in the Face of Adversity
Positiv: Everyone was helpful and friendly, as usual, which is why I keep coming back to Enterprise. I had a bit of an issue (completely my fault), but I got excellent assistance in resolving the problem. I'm fairly confident that with a lesser company, my idiocy would have turned into a nightmare, but the problem was managed with practiced grace and expertise.
Negativ: I selected a car that didn't zoom up mountains very easily, but I'm glad the car was small since the streets were narrow (I drove it through the tiny streets to the doorstep of Catedral de Santa María de la Sede).

Service angesichts Von Widrigkeiten
Positiv: Alle waren wie gewohnt hilfreich und freundlich, deshalb komme ich immer wieder zu Enterprise zurück. Ich hatte ein bisschen ein Problem (vollständig meine Schuld), aber ich habe ausgezeichnete Unterstützung bei der Lösung des Problems erhalten. Ich bin ziemlich zuversichtlich, dass meine Idiokie mit einem kleineren Unternehmen zum Alptraum geworden wäre, aber das Problem wurde mit praktizierter Anmut und Fachkompetenz gemanagt.
Negativ: Ich habe ein Auto ausgewählt, das die Berge nicht sehr leicht vergrößert hat, aber ich bin froh, dass das Auto klein war, da die Straßen eng waren (ich fuhr es durch die winzigen Straßen bis zur Haustür von Catedral de Santa María de la Sede).

Negativ: At the check-in I was informed that as the rental was done via a USA based agency and that I was using an EU based credit card and drivers licence , that I was Absolutely OBLIGED to take their full insurance... otherwise the rental would not be honored. This despite I already have a good policy with both my own car and via my gold credit card. The insurance was more than the rental. I feel lied to by Kayak , Europcar, and whatever middle-man you sub-contracted via.

Hired a 4x4, got a 2wd. Absolutely shocked.
Positiv: I specifically hired a 4x4 as I was heading to the mountains to ski. I received a jeep Suv that appears to be a 4x4, but was in fact only 2wd. It was also on cheap aftermarket tyres. The vehicle was utterly incapable and could not even make it up an icy road to the accommodation, and later got stuck in a hotel car park. The pick up was delayed by an hour while i waited around too. I am awaiting a compete refund for this booking.

Pro: Auto sauber, sonst alles i.O.
Bei der Abgabe des Fahrzeuges Personal o.k.
Contra: Personal an der Anmeldung am Flughafen war unfreundlich.
Habe noch zusätzliche 41,07 € zuzahlen müssen, sonst würde sie mir kein Auto geben.
Beim Ansprechen, dass ich KAYAK anrufen würde und dass ich bereits mit meiner Kreditkarte bezahlt hatte, hat mir die Dame unfreundlich gedroht, dass ich lieber gehen, vorher mit KAYAK telefonieren und erst dann wieder zurückkommen sollte.
Habe einlenken müssen, damit ich überhaupt das Auto bekommen konnte, da ich es eilig hatte. UNANGENEHM!!!
