Also, when we were getting our boarding pass in LAX it was so confusing when it asked for checked bags. Our bags were already on a belt going to who knows where - were we supposed to check "yes"? If we had a boarding pass this would not have been an issue."

We were at the airport at 4:30am because the flight was scheduled to depart at 6:05am we were lucky to be able to rebook for a flight SDQ-ATL DL576 for the same day hoping to make the connection ATL-IND. Unfotunately that flight was rerouted to Charlotte due to bad weather conditions with a delay of 3 hrs before it landed in ATL thus missing our connection to INDI and had to sleep in ATL and leave the next day to IND thus missing a meeting commitment that we had in IND. We should and expect to be compensated by Delta for this."

Negativ: "I intensely disliked the 3 hour delay in Copenhagen!!! And that SAS offered the passengers in transit a meal voucher of only 50 danish Kronas, which was just enough to buy a tall Starbucks coffee drink but not enough to eat anything at the airport!"

Negativ: "The Entertainment could have some more movies to watch - After 3 movies there was absolutely no other movie that might have been interesting to me. However, after 3 movies you are also supposed to stop so it's not even so bad."

Negativ: "Check-in was a disaster. Took almost one hour for a trainee to check us in. Printed 8 bag tickets (for 2 bags) and after we complained was told there was no line at immigration, so should be okay. Guess having a 3 year old wasn’t enough for us to get any compassion or expedited service. At gate. No early boarding for children."

Negativ: "SAS has introduced hand luggage measurement and weighing at checkin, for a maximum of 17.5 lbs or 8 kg. SAS does not care if you have flown on another transatlantic carrier, which allows more than 8 kg. Then you need to start emptying your hand luggage at checkin. The whole checkin process was a big mess, the contract employees eg. at Heathrow do not help much (they probably do not do this to any other airline). SAS staff does not remind you to take your IDs and passport, medications etc. from your hand luggage, which is then checkedin luggage as opposed to hand luggage. It is obvious that transatlantic passengers have more hand luggage than many local passengers."

Negativ: "It was exceptionally on time. Very informative captain without being chatty. Crew was efficient but not very friendly. Food was tasty and sufficient."

Positiv: "The salad they served me in SAS Plus had fish in it which I'm allergic too and the stewardess immediately found one that had chicken instead. She also sang a Lullaby song thanking us for flying SAS on landing. Great! :-)"

Also make sure you have paid for bags, Kayak will sell you tickets that don't include bags.so double check your reservation. If you are stuck with a ticket that doesn't include bags, call SAS an add bags $35 per bag. Do this at least 24 hours before departure.SAS is the only one that can add the bags, kayak is unable to add bags after purchase."

Negativ: "We didn't have a flight. Our flight was canceled at the airport. We were told 10-15 minutes after our boarding time that there would be a delay, but we should check back in 45 minutes. So, we never made it to Stockholm to take that flight back home."

Positiv: "Seats are more comfortable than those of many other airlines."
Negativ: "Normally, I am not picky regarding airline food. In SAS's economy or "Go" class, there is no choice of food. I can think of plenty of dishes that would be appealing to many people. Yet the meal that was served, beef stew, posed a problem as I don't eat red meet. Since many people also do not eat beef due to religious beliefs, I am appalled by SAS's decision to only serve this dish to its economy class passengers. As I ordered my ticket through Kayak, I didn't have the option to request a special diet, nor did I think to do so as airlines generally do not serve serve a beef dish as their one and only."

Negativ: "man sitzt auf engeren Sitzen (Tablett ist in der Armlehne), aber ebenso zu dritt wie in der Eco. 1A-B-C haben viel kleineren Fußraum als 1D-E-F Stewardess wollte kein Handgepäck erlauben, da die Kanine bereits zu voll war. Ich schuld vor, sie solle erst einmal das Gepäck der Mitarbeiter aus der Kabine nehmen, dann reicht es auch für die Paxe ...."

Negativ: "Irritierend, dass in der Businessklasse der Mittelsitz NICHT frei bleibt"

Negativ: "I missed the refreshments, if any were served at all. Granted I was tired and probably dosed off during that part of the flight."

Positiv: "In-flight entertainment had a good variety of options to choose from. Passport control was timely. Food service was also timely and efficient."
Negativ: "As with most airplanes, the air was quite cold, but the SAS blanket adequately made things a bit warmer. I'm always puzzled by the fact that once business class and SAS plus passengers board that SAS Go passengers can all then board. It would make more sense to have people board from the back during this time so that people don't block aisles and it makes arranging overhead baggage a bit easier."
