Positiv: The pilot and the crews were helpful about the transit. Pilot make up a lot of time.

Negativ: Flight was delayed, had to run to my next connection flight.

Positiv: economy plus seats were nice, great movie selection, especially international movies

Negativ: crew was not friendly, i had to ask for water many times, usually water person walk the aisle. food was terrible. other carriers food were better

Negativ: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Positiv: Freundlicher, korrekter Service. Gute Information zum Stand der Reparatur und zu den Anschlussflügen in Helsinki. Effizientes Boarding. Beim Aussteigen, wurde uns noch mitgeteilt, dass unser Anschlussflug doch wartet.

Negativ: Defekt am Fahrwerk musste untersucht und anschliessend repariert werden. Dies führte zu etwas mehr als einer Stunde Abgangsverspätung. Anschlussflug in Helsinki wurde zuerst als verpasst angezeigt.

Negativ: Quite narrow seats and seat pitch in economy, but the price was right. Poor quality seatback screens but a good selection of films and tv

Negativ: Kids running up and down isle stewards just walking past. Never made announcement for boarding. Worst flight ever.

Positiv: I liked the free in ight movies which makes a 5 hr plane ride a a lot more enjoyable. Having 2 rounds of free beverages was also what I liked. The seats are comfortable, plenty of leg room, love that there are plug/ports to charge you electronic devices.

Negativ: What could have been better especially on a 5hr flight to Honolulu would be free wifi, free meals, if not free meals then 2 rounds of snacks, and I know it's out of the airlines control, but families with their screaming babies who's parents leave the tray down to keep their toddler entertained so she could kick it up and down through out the flight. I feel the airlines should place families with babies and toddlers together on a portion of the plane.

Negativ: Seats are getting smaller. Cross country you would think and except that attendants would offer more service. Not happening, sad.

Positiv: The crew was amazing and plenty of room. Good food!

Negativ: Flight was significantly delayed as a result missed my train

Positiv: Boarding easy and not rushed. Crew friendly and laid back - didn’t seem uptight. Nice aircraft. For a long flight, it was surprisingly easy.

Negativ: Economy space is still so cramped for a long flight. Food was fine and what would be expected. Not remarkable.

Positiv: Friendly staff and smooth boarding process.

Negativ: British Airways charge you for water. However the flight attendant did her best and brought me a glass of water. It is the first time that water is not courtesy form an airline.

Positiv: Good seats, friendly staff, quick boarding.

Positiv: No idea why BA charge for food and drink - budget airline trait

Negativ: We couldn’t watch anything because the headphones required an adapter which we didn’t have and was not offered to us for purchase. We read a book for eight hours. Would have loved to watch a movie.

Negativ: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

Positiv: They let me sleep and didn’t wake me for food or beverages.

Negativ: Boarding was down a jetway, down a light of stairs, stand around in the heat while they get the busses to the bottom of the stairs, and then cattle call onto the jet. Other than checking IDs and boarding passes, there was no organization to the process at all.

Positiv: Commitment to on-time travel, nice friendly staff, professionalism.

Negativ: Seat had peanuts on it - I think it had not been cleaned. There were also rumpled newspapers in the seat back.

Negativ: Service could have been faster. Do they not give nuts anymore or a full can of soda? Plane has never been cleaned judging from the ventilation grills and the floor, perhaps in another lifetime...

Negativ: The plane didn’t have water in the bathrooms in the back of the plane so we had to use wet wipes to clean our hands afterwards. Entertainment system was slow. No complementary meals offered even though it was an international flight.

Positiv: My luggage arrived 3 days after and stuff was stolen....

Negativ: Maybe not steal passengers stuff?

Positiv: Pleasant crew. Appropriate and efficiently served snack.

Negativ: Boarding and disembarkation were slow.

Negativ: Slow in refuelling, got us delayed for 40-

Positiv: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Positiv: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Negativ: The food was just average and the seat not too comfortable

Positiv: Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company

Negativ: Nothing really too bad, you get what you expected. May of been nice to have a free sandwich as it’s a non stop flight - this is because Lufthansa has one stopover and offers a free sandwich and drink.

Negativ: All passengers had to board 40 minutes earlier than departure time. The air plain door was closed 10 minutes before departure. No reason we had to board earlier. All passengers are only 15-20 people...

Positiv: Comfortable

Positiv: The customer service phone number was impossible to get through on in order to take to someone within 24 hours of my flight in order to make my Special Meals request as I have Celiac's Disease. I was unable to make this selection at booking as when you book through a third party like Expedia, which I did, you cannot access the same internal tools required to make that selection. You can ONLY then call once you have checked in before the flight in order to let the airline know of your Special Meal needs. This is not only a terrible policy as it undercuts those who ARE ultimately still buying tickets to their airline, and that the airline is CHOOSING to sell. It provided me with an extremely subpar experience of the airline but left up to the last minute with doubts about my ability to board a 13 he international flight without the reassurance that I would have ANY meals aboard and no other options should that be the case. Right before my flight departed I was reassured that the information we had requested Expedia relay to the airline internally the day before, who we called when we couldn't get through to the airline, WAS able to convey this Special Meal request and I was going to have food on the flight, so I then did not purchase a bunch of snacks in the airport to have as options. The first meal in, no Special Meal was provided and I had to explain then entire situation all over again. They assured me they would figure it out and get me taken care of. However, no one who assisted me conveyed this to anyone else on the flight and every time food was dispersed, same situation. This was stressful and exhausting and the options provided me were modified to be gluten free, such as an entire plate of fruit for my snack, instead of the protein heavy snack everyone else received, because there truly wasn't extra for that type of dietary restriction. This was stressful and I was very hungry on the flight. One of the attendants got me a few chunks of cheese from first class, but otherwise, it wasn't great. I would advise travelers with Special Meal requests NOT to fly with AirCanada.

Positiv: Economy seats are not comfortable. The seat cushions are worn out and do not provide good support for long flights.

Negativ: My entertainment screen was barely functional. Also, I was in a window seat and the space under the seat in front of me had a white metal box taking up part of my legroom. Not anything I would have seen on a seating diagram.

Positiv: Everyone was very polite, seats were fairly comfortable. Food was about what you'd expect, but with more chocolate, which was nice. Enough movies to keep me busy.

Negativ: Spilled a drink and requested someone come by, only to have three people ignore my light and visible waving arms. Had to move my neighbor and find some napkins, by which time my seat was soaked through. While I was cleaning, someone asked if I had turned my light on.

Positiv: Flight took off a couple of hours late due to problems in Frankfurt airport but everyone worked to help us with connecting flights.

Positiv: We really like the crew

Negativ: Entertainment system on my transatlantic flight was outdated and functioned poorly. Also, the promised WiFi connection wasn’t working, and the flight attendant I spoke to basically said, “yeah, I think it’s broken.”

Negativ: I travel very light, was finishing up a 14 day trip around the world, couldn’t check-in online. Tried a number of options. When arriving at airport - my checked bag was a total of 12kg, but was told if I planned to bring it home with me that I had to pay $100 bag fee. I realize that airlines charge bag fees - however, I was unaware in advance, booking from Lhr to FLL with layover in Oslo.
