Negativ: Car was horrible, It make noise when it shouldn’t have. You couldn’t open the trunk unless you took the keys out of the car. The engine revved. Not happy with my experience.

Negativ: The car was in a different spot and we had to hunt for it. When we got to Nashville the next day our contract had not been entered properly and the office had to try to get it released. It is good we weren't in a hurry.
Best option in a tough situationPositiv: I needed to rent a car on a Sunday morning because I was involved in an auto accident on Saturday night, far from home. Avis offered the best prices to get me home (in Kansas). The process was easy and relatively affordable compared to the other outrages quotes from Enterprise.Negativ: I wish the company would have opened before noon. My drop off experience was frustrating, as well, but that has nothing to do with Evansville.
Positiv: It was a cheaper price and Enterprise took care of me with the vehicle I wanted. Negativ: I didn't care for the optional insurance that was availabe.
Negativ: I wasn't sure what type of gas to put into a hybrid. So maybe have that info fort customers would be helpful
Negativ: Car smelled like smoke and when I asked them to swap it out so that my infant would not have to breath it in all weekend they told me it would cost me $15 more a day.
Great service from Enterprise again.Positiv: Used the same Enterprise location as ~ 14 months ago as my car was in the body shop for repairs again. Just as in late 2015, they picked me up at the shop on schedule, had a car ready and waiting, and dropped me back at the shop at the end of the rental period. All for very good price. Next time I will go up one vehicle size class, but that my my own fault.

We never did fully understand the cars sound system, had to pull owners manual for cruise control operation, lot of dash board info displays but did not take time to review owners manual to learn how to use. Brief demo of such functions would add value.
Easy Rental ProcessPositiv: Kayak app was easy to use. Hertz people were friendly, inform, and helpful.Negativ: Walking out in the snow to the end of the parking lot to get the vehicle. No big deal, just not convenient.

Negativ: Doesn't tell you that they don't accept debit cards, even if it acts like a credit card. Hertz would not accept it and I had a hard time getting my money back, I tried calling kayak customer service and they transfer you to a answering machine.... an answering machine! I finally had to call hertz customer service to cancel reservation and now have to wait 10-14 business days to get my money back... hopefully I do get my money back. If not I'm going to be even more upset.
Positiv: Nice vehicle, easy to return. Had no issues this time. Negativ: This is first time I tried Hertz again after a year or so ago we rented a Hertz car and paid a few tolls in Florida and a week after we got home got a company I had not heard of taking over $100 out of my account saying we didn't pay a toll and amassed penalties. I called Hertz State of Florida and this company (cant remember name right now) and no one really wanted to help. They finally waived the penalty but was forced to pay $10 for toll I had already paid. So I was done with Hertz but decided to try it again. No issues this time but I avoided toll roads. Feel like I was scammed, found it in the pages of fine print I didn't have time to read at time of rental. Fast/pass must have picked up a toll I paid. And daily fine without notifying me was Very irritating.

Just what I requestedPositiv: The price was what I was offered, it is the add on fees that jacked it up. Well have to say it was just right for what I needed. The pickup/dropoff was a little walk to get to, but it was an airport.
