Positiv:: Perfect location, right in the middle of Toulouse! Big, modern room, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was really nice and the staff very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Negativ:: Nothing, it was great!

Positiv:: Breakfast was fantastic, particularly the little touches like the boiled egg machine! The man who checked us in at Reception on Saturday 24 August at 13.00 (and checked us out the next day at 13.00) was brilliant. Despite being on his own, he was patient, helpful & friendly. And a very simple checking in & out process too.

Negativ:: Only thing I can think of is that we’d bought a bottle of champagne (not in the hotel) to celebrate our last night of holiday, to drink in our room & the man on reception wouldn’t let us gave 2 glasses.

Positiv:: Location is perfect!

Negativ:: Breakfast was too basic. Coffee is not tasty at all.

Negativ:: The bed was very comfortable. However, the duvet exceeded the season temperature. As a 'green-person' I'd use a bed sheet as a cover rather than switching on the air conditioning. I have found the same in other hotels where I stayed the days before in France.

Positiv:: Located on main square. Very nice quiet contemporary room.

Negativ:: Access by car is not easy. Downtown Toulouse is mainly pedestrian area.

Positiv:: Top Lage, sehr gute ausgestattet, im Hotel gab es einen schönen Pool, Sauna und Gym. Würde ich das nächste Mal wieder nehmen.

Positiv:: Sehr gute Lage, nicht weit entfernt vom Bahnhof und von der Innenstadt, beides gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Großes Plus im Sommer ist der Swimming Pool. Gut geeignet für Familien. Kleine Küchenzeile ist vorhanden.

Positiv:: Third stay at this property over 2 years. Great location in the middle of town, a short walk to all the shops restaurants and tourist sites. We had a two bedroom duplex apartment which is great for a family of 4. Great quality accommodation, good leisure facilities for a small hotel . Paid circa £200 per night (4 night stay), which is pretty good value for accommodation of this standard for 4 in peak season (early August) in the middle of the city.

Negativ:: My only gripe is some of the controls put around use of the pool. One day we went down with the kids (age 12 and 7) and there were a couple of young guys (early 20s) who had taken over the shallow end lining up bottles of gin and tequila downing hard liquor, being very loud and playing their own music. I had to ask them to move their drinks so that my kids could get in the shallow end and they grumbled at me. The scene was intimidating for my kids and I saw a few families come to use the pool and then leave as it was obviously intimidating for them. We had a similar experience last year staying at the same property. But to be fair this happened on both visits just once over 4 days. I would like to see some controls put around the pool use (eg no smoking, no bringing your own alcohol, playing loud music etc) as in such a small pool area it spoils enjoyment for kids / families and people should really not be made to feel like this due to the actions of a few (usually younger) guests who think they own the place.

Positiv:: We found it very good. Two couples and loved that we could store our luggage prior to checkin as we had been on a boat on Canal du Midi for a week and arrived earlier than expected. We were able to have a look around buy some food for the next day and get our bearings. It was a well appointed apartment with everything we needed. Would recommend this accomodation. We loved the pink city - a lovely stay.

Positiv:: It was clean, comfortable, convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Negativ:: The buffet breakfast was ok, nothing outstanding and cost extra.

Positiv:: Die Lage war perfekt, man ist sofort zu Fuß im Zentrum von Toulouse. Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht - gegenüber ist eine kleine Bäckerei mit ganz frischen Backwaren, welche wir bevorzugt haben. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage gegen Gebühr ist vorhanden - auch sehr praktisch, wenn man mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs ist.

Positiv:: Das beste an an dieser Unterkunft war das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal an der Rezeption. Die Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs ist kein Nachteil, weil es dort trotzdem sauber und ruhig war und die Garonne in der Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Negativ:: Das sehr großzügige aber etwas dunkle Appartment ist mit seinen fleckigen Teppichböden und hochstehenden Terrassendielen leider renovierungsbedürftig und für diesen Zustand viel zu teuer. Das Parkhaus ist sehr eng und mit einem großen Fahrzeug kaum befahrbar.

Positiv:: A very functional and spacious room, well equipped hotel, well located with a very hospitable staff.

Positiv:: An excellent apartment hotel. Nice large room with AC, balcony, equipped small kitchen. The room was clean, modern and there was nothing I would really miss there. The hotel was very quite at night. They even have a smal swimming pool.

Negativ:: Not much to complain about. A bit expensive for Toulouse, but worth the money.

Positiv:: The room was neat. The view was awesome from the balcony. Everything was in the little kitchen. I could even cook.

Negativ:: Breakfast is not worth the money. Kitchenette is fully equipped, so it's better to do it yourself.

Positiv:: Excellent apartment - spacious and well equipped. Great location with everything within easy walking distance. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Large balcony, quiet (apartment was on opposite side of main avenue). Works on Jean Jaures were not a problem (anyway almost finished)

Negativ:: No free parking close by but hotel offers good rates for 24 hours parking in underground parking.

Positiv:: Great people at reception, can speak multiple languages, including English, but didn't patronise when I tried to speak French. Apartment is lovely, very clean and comfortable, spacious with all necessary facilities. Great location, easy walk to centre and two minutes from station. Would definitely stay here again.

Negativ:: Very minor thing, we booked for 3 but initially had 2 sets of towels. Easy fix. Some cups in breakfast room were not well washed.

Positiv:: This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is amazing, kind, and helpful. Everything was perfectly clean. If I have to come back to Toulouse I’ll book my stay here again! The place is incredible!!

Negativ:: Die Lage habe ich unterschätzt, nächsten mal muss ich nähe zum Zentrum nachfragen. Letztendlich waren die Räume sehr gut, sauber, nur zu klein ... es ist kein 4* Hotel, da muss den Standard deutlich anders sein, oder hat sich die Standarde in Europa deutlich geändert. Frühstück haben wir nicht getestet ...

Positiv:: Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig in Nähe des Bahnhofes und der Metro.

Negativ:: Rund um das Hotel sind Baustellen, diese leider fehlende Information wäre vor der Anreise sehr hilfreich gewesen.

Positiv:: Location is quite good and we really like the fact that we could cook in the room. Their staffs are exceptional, they are very friendly and efficient. We arrived at mid night and left a little after 13:00 and those were no problems for their staffs. Even when we left our kid's bag in the room, they were very kind to arrange for one of my friends to come back and pick it up at ease. I also loved my run along the canals of the city. It was a very pleasant run and very happy that I got lost a little to make a perfect 15km run around the city. Thank you

Negativ:: The street in front of hotel is going through a face-lift process at the moment and doesn't look that great. I believe once it is done, it would be one of the best streets in the city.

Positiv:: Location was close to the train station; reception was open 24/7 so checking in and out was relatively easy and receptionists were pleasant and accommodating. Unit facilities was great.

Positiv:: Quiet comfortable rooms. Excellent blackout curtains were wonderful for jet lag recovery. Very friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor terrace and bar were pleasant spots to meet, relax or work.Terrific location for walking around city center and the river bank.

Negativ:: Viel zuwenig Mitarbeiter an einem Sonntag ( Sonntags kein Restaurant)

Positiv:: Very good location, quiet and easy to reach by car. Possibility to park at the hotel or in public parking nearby. Many restaurants, bars and shops nearby, sightseeing and places to go for a walk. In walking distance from the city center and main interesting sites. Tea/coffee in the room. Comfortable bathroom. Good air conditioning. Good wifi. Beautiful inner court with stylish sofas and tables to have a drink or just sit lazily.

Negativ:: Expensive. Luxury is expensive ! Breakfast was OK but if it is not included in the price, it is very expensive. Parking is expensive but this is the reality of big cities. WC is separated from the bathroom. For some people it is a feature but others can find it inconvenient !

Positiv:: The staff was amazing!!! So warm, and helpful, especially for a solo traveler.

Positiv:: A fabulous hotel in a great location! Just down a little side street a short walk from many of the key landmarks. The staff were incredibly helpful despite it being a short visit they could not have done more to help.

Negativ:: Nothing really! It was obviously at the upper end cost wise but that is probably to be expected with a city centre hotel!

Positiv:: This is a beautiful hotel, now my favourite in Toulouse. The room was spacious and well appointed, lovely huge and comfy bed and a very sophisticated bathroom offering all a traveler may need. We didn't have time for the spa very sadly but I certainly will next stay.

Negativ:: Valet parking is a must here unless you know the city well. This is offered and it was extremely efficient however the only pull in area outside being taken up by the postman we couldn't get anywhere near the hotel. Its in the city, space is of a premium I get that and they do all they can to help here.

Positiv:: Good location and very nice staff

Negativ:: The shower was in the middle of the bedroom. No privacy

Positiv:: Nice, spacious room, helpful and kind staff, quiet location, very elegant hotel, bar, spa and restaurant. Great a/c and wifi. Nice location between the old town, the hip area and the river.

Negativ:: The shower handle was a bit difficult to manage, especially for older people, needs a bit of repairing. For a 5 star hotel, I expected a better selection of tv channels, especially ones in English. I thought a better pillow selection would be in order. And feminine hygiene bags were not provided but would have been nice. Spa, albeit lovely, was a bit overpriced in my opinion. The only real thing that this 5 star hotel in the South of France was lacking was a pool.

Negativ:: It is normally a family oriented hotel hoewever there were no many things for children as Other ibis styles we have been to.

Positiv:: Excellent location for the Cité de L’espace museum and very easy drive to the center of Toulouse which has loads of paying car parks. The swimming pool and the small gym were extra bonuses. Dinner was delicious as well as a good breakfast selection. Very friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Positiv:: Brand new hotel in great location with free car park.

Negativ:: Opening hour of swimming pool was 10h00 AM. Would be better if it opened on 8 AM.

Positiv:: Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut, wen auch solche "must-have's" wie Rühreier, Bratwürstchen etc. fehlten. Das Bett ist bequem, leider sind die Zimmer etwas hellhörig Super: kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus und direkte Anbindung zur Autobahn - (dafür leidet wohl die "Zentrumslage")

Negativ:: In diesem Preis-Leistungssegment hat das Hotel alle erforderlichen Punkte gut erledigt. Natürlich geht es immer noch toller und besser! Aber das schlägt sich dann auch auf den Preis nieder.

Positiv:: Sehr schönes Hotel am Rand von Toulouse. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir hatten 2 Hunde dabei und auch diese wurden freundlich akzeptiert. Viel Grün um mit den Hunden Gassi zu gehen. Frühstück etwas teurer aber empfehlenswert - sehr lecker und große Auswahl.

Negativ:: The hotel is a bit out of town which was fine for us as we were using it as a base as we are out and about planning our wedding but just so you know it’s not in central Toulouse

Positiv:: Sehr gutes engagiertes Personal. Wir haben am Wochenende eine Übernachtung als Zwischenstopp gebucht. Die Rezeptionskraft hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt und hat das ganz allein gemeistert. Wir wurden auch noch mit Speisen versorgt. Frühstück war auch in Ordnung. Zimmer sehr modern, urban und farbenfroh. Sauberkeit und Standard tipp topp.

Positiv:: Die sehr freundliche und serviceorientierte Mitarbeiterin aus Kamerun hat es geschafft ,dass wir dann doch ein Zimmer mit sehr gut funktionierender und eiskalter Klimaanlage in der fünften Etage erhielten. Das Frühstück ist ungewöhnlich reichhaltig und empfehlenswert und jeden Euro wert Es gibt Sonderkondition für das nahegelegene Parkhaus jeanne d‘arc !!

Positiv:: Really friendly staff at a centrally located hotel in Toulouse.

Positiv:: Die Lage ist sehr zentral und gut erreichbar mit dem Airport Shuttle. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Bei Fragen im Voraus habe ich immer sofort Antwort erhalten.

Negativ:: Nichts. Alles war bestens. Ein Tipp für die Webseite: ich habe nichts darüber gefunden, wie man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln vom Flughafen zum Hotel kommt. Entweder, es ist sehr gut versteckt, oder es fehlt auf der Webseite... Ich habe dann auf Anfrage aber sofort eine ausführliche Auskunft erhalten.

Positiv:: It’s location is right in the center of things. Restaurants are a short walk away.

Positiv:: The location is fabulous. The room was small but everything in it is thoughtfully considered. The espresso coffee machine was a bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Negativ:: It was too short a stay. We were only there for one night. We chose not to have breakfast in the hotel as it was over 20 Euro each... a bit expensive, but I expect it was excellent.

Positiv:: The reception staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was well appointed with toilet separate to bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was welcoming after a long hot day sightseeing. I didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t comment.

Negativ:: One minor thing - the bar served caramelised pecans (which spoilt the drink) instead of natural nuts. One other thing not so minor - the shower could only produce cold water despite all my efforts. Still unsure whether the water in the fridge is free, the attached information is not adequate.

Positiv:: Ideal location if you're travelling by car, easily connected to the motorway and free parking. Arenes metro station is 10 min walking distance and only 4 stops away from Capitole city centre. Modern rooms, good breakfast at only €7.90, friendly and helpful staff, great value for money. Would definitely stay there again when in Toulouse!

Positiv:: The stuff were friendly. The room was clean and the lights were adequate. Though all stuff don't speak English but one of them was good at English. Moreover he has very much helping attitude. Due to train delay I reached there after 12 am midnight, the reception was closed but he was available to pick phone call.

Negativ:: It was full summer and the room was not equipped with Air-conditioning. They only provide one small fan. Also not all stuff can talk or understand English which was another problem for non-French speaking guests. The reception was not 24/7.

Positiv:: The hotel staff care about the details.. You feel that you are in a boutique hotel. The location can be less friendly but as it is close to the airport I think it is a very good place for people who come especially for business. I surely advise this place.

Positiv:: We stayed here to do the parkrun in Toulouse. Was a great location for the airport and easy to get to. Parking was great and really friendly

Positiv:: It's off the Peripherique and easy to find. Free, off street parking. Comfy, great staff, great price. Metro A is a 10-15 minute walk to the center. Paid a lot more for a lot less elsewhere. This has a great rapport quality-price. Used it as a base to explore the area. One hour by car to Carcasonne, Moissac, Albi and two hours to Lourdes. The manager was super helpful with lots of sound advice. He even refrigerated my saucisse de Toulouse for me.

Positiv:: Gute Lage, nur zehn Minuten zum Flughafen mit dem Auto. Eigener Parkplatz am Gelände der Abends abgesperrt wird. Für ein zwei Sterne Hotel war es wirklich sehr gepflegt und das Personal sehr angenehm. Das Hotel liegt nahe am Flughafen und die Flugzeuge fliegen beim Landeanflug fast direkt drüber, daher wäre dies zu beachten wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat. Durch die gute Schalldämmung habe ich aber kaum etwas davon mitbekommen.

Negativ:: Nichts, es war wirklich ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Positiv:: Stayed at Le Prado because it was very close to the clinic wheremy husband was having surgery. Never stayed in a two star property before, was very impressed, much better than I had expected. Breakfast was good value , my room warm and very clean. The free parking

Negativ:: It is not in the best part of Toulouse so would probably not have stayed there if it had not been for the proximity to the hospital, which is a shame .

Positiv:: The breakfast selection, presentation and dining area were one of the bests I've ever had. And the lovely breakfast team were very helpful ensuring everyone had everything they need with such good humour. The reception staff were also great at assisting us with ordering a taxi. The bed was comfortable and we didn't hear a peep from neighbouring rooms. As a bonus the room was really well equipped to black out the room for sleeping which is a real comfort for us. The location is also of course excellent for visiting the old centre.

Negativ:: The room's view wasn't great nor a big size, but okay for a standard room. We had booked a king bed but these rooms don't offer a bathtub so we ended up switching to a double room to have a bathtub.

Positiv:: Ausgezeichenete, zentrale Lage. Nettes, sauberes Zimmer und bad. Extrem nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Schallisolierung (mit geschlossenem Fenster) sehr gut (der Platz draussen ist sehr belebt und daher laut, aber man hört nichts mit geschlossenem Fenster).

Negativ:: Wifi war etwas schwach, ACHTUNG: Whatsapp Anrufe sind gesperrt. Gingen nur durch einer separaten von der Rezeption zur Verfügung gestellten SSID, aber nicht im Zimmer. Zimmer ist etwas klein und vor allem wenig Schrankfächer, um die Kleidung zu legen.

Negativ:: Ich konnte nicht die Wärme an ausschalten, so das Zimmer war viel wärmer als ich bevorzuge zum schlafen. Ich habe auch auch nicht um Hilfe gebeten - mein Fehler.

Positiv:: The room was a good size the bed and pillows very comfortable. The evening meal we had was just what we wanted a delicious Cesar salad and breakfast was excellent.

Positiv:: The beds were great, we slept like babies. The shower/bath was perfect, exactly what we needed after a week of camping. Perfection.

Positiv:: Staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Vera in the restaurant was especially attentive remembering us and our preferences at each dinner we had there. The breakfast which was included in our booking was the best we have ever seen with a full range of sweet and savoury offerings. For our second stay here in two weeks we requested the same room as before and staff had reserved it for us. Exceptional service in every way including peaceful, quiet and supremely comfortable sleep.

Negativ:: I was travelling by car from Spain and owning a car in the higher price category, my main focus is on parking. We all may have experienced in at one time or other, a break in, especially with foreign license plates, attracting more attention. To play safe I always look for a hotel which has good parking facilities on their own grounds. When I booked the room, it was only since the hotel offered parking. What was NOT mentioned on the hotel site was that due to the Tour de France, I had to vacate the paring at 08.00 am the next day. I checked in close to midnight, by the time I got to sleep it was 01.30 am. I could not have breakfast, I had to wake up earlier than I wanted to, just to vacate the parking space. Since there is absolutely nowhere else to park in that area, leaving the parking means not coming back. The room check out time is 12.00, however I was "forced" to leave at 8. I want to be compensated because Marriott did not mention "Parking Restriction" apply.

Negativ:: We paid extra for a balcony which was tiny and stuck at the back corner of the hotel which was in the shade all day. It was a complete waste of money.

Positiv:: Everything about this stay was perfect. From the first phone call to request a collection from the airport to checking out. Our whole experience was wonderful. We would not hesitate to recommend or book again.

Positiv:: Die Lage an der Place Capitole ist fantastisch, trotzdem war die rückwärtige Suite , die wir hatten, wunderbar ruhig. Gefallen hat uns das klassische Farb und Ausstattungskonzept, zB mit roten stoffbespannten Wänden im Zimmer. Mal eine nette Abwechslung zu den durchgestylten, vermeintlich moderneren Hotelkonzepten. Gutes festes Bett, helles freundliches Bad in Marmor und eine leise effektive Klimaanlage, das ist schon die halbe Miete. Eine echte Attraktion ist das zum Hotel gehörende Sternerestaurant Jardin de l‘ Opera, das uns den Abend verzaubert hat.

Negativ:: Die Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto ist eine echte Nervenprobe. Das gilt aber für alle Hotels in der Altstadt. Immerhin ist aber die Tiefgarage Capitole direkt gegenüber.

Negativ:: Das Zimmer war für 4 Personen viel zu klein. Am Esstisch haben nicht alle Platz gehabt. Sauberkeit war nicht immer gut. Müll wurde vergessen, nicht richtig gesaugt und Toilettenpapier. Der Wasserhahn im Bad war viel zu dicht am Waschbecken, ein Hände waschen war sehr mühevoll. Die Toilette war in einem viel zu großem Raum ohne irgendetwas drinne. Das Schlimmste was war, war die Eingangstür zu den Appartements. Bei jeder Benutzung ist die Tür so laut und Schloss gefallen, dass man dies im Zimmer wahrnehmen konnte und es hat jedes Mal mehrmals geknallt. Ein Stopper , bevor die Tür ins Schloss fällt, wäre sinnvoll. Es war richtig nervig.

Positiv:: Very pleasant and helpful staff. We had a duplex apartment so there was plenty of room for a family of 4. The kitchen area was well equipped (the microwave and a small dishwasher were a bonus) and the bathroom was clean and modern with a good shower. Close by there was a Lidl for basics, a bakery, pizza takeaway and a Chinese takeaway.

Positiv:: I had a pleasant stay and service was good. I have stayed in many worse four star hotels.

Positiv:: The taxi driver had a little difficulty finding the hotel, but once there, everything was great. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, the room was very nice — clean, comfortable, well appointed — and the breakfast was simple and perfect. It was easy to walk out the door and wander the old city or down by the river. No complaints whatsoever; would gladly stay there again.

Kleines hotel (14 Zimmer) in absoluter Bestlage.

Negativ:: Duschwanne etwas umständlich zum Duschen, da man die Brause in die Hand nehmen muss (keine angewinkelte Befestigung an der Wand). Bett bequem aber nur ca 140cm breit und 190cm lang.

Negativ:: Uns wurde seitens des Rezeptionisten nahegelegt, unser Auto statt im zahlungspflichtigen Parkhaus an der Straße zu parken. Schon in der ersten Nacht wurde ein Fenster eingeschlagen. Nachdem wir denselben Rezeptionisten darüber informiert haben, hat er uns die Adresse der zuständigen Polizeistation genannt, ansonsten jedoch leider keinerlei Hilfestellungen geleistet. Wir hätten erhofft, seitens des Hotels in einer solchen Notlage - primär, da wir mit einem einjährigen Kind unterwegs waren - Hilfestellungen bezüglich einer möglichen Werkstattwahl angeboten zu bekommen bzw. zumindest einer Nachfrage, ob irgendwie geholfen werden kann. Wir waren enttäuscht, dass sich das Hotel, obwohl der Schaden auf deren Empfehlung zurückging, in keiner Weise bemüßigt fühlte, uns (z.B. durch Zahlung des Parkhauses in der zweiten Nacht) oder der Möglichkeit, das Gepäck, da das Auto offen stand, unterzustellen, entgegenzukommen.

Negativ:: Hard to stop in front of hotel to drop luggage but that’s Toulouse, especially in this section which is old and charming. There is a largish lot up on the main street that we used instead and then just rolled our luggage across.
