My girlfriend and I spent a weekend in the city and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The room was perfect for our needs, it was clean and everything was as we expected. It was convenient to several restaurants and shopping. would definitely consider straying here again. Parking is probably my biggest issue, it's a little too expensive and wish it could be complimentary to guests.

This was the worse hotel experience of my life!!! They had overbooked the hotel by a large number of guest and had to make arrangments for us at another hotel. The hotel was not in the location we wanted and they did not call and let us know ahead of time of the change so that we could arrive earlier instead of having to go half way across town to stay. The ast. Manager on duty was not appologetic and did not seem to care. I took it as this was a normal occurance by the way they acted.
Almost everything was perfect except the size of the room for a family of 4. The food arrived to the room not hot but a little cold from room service. Room size was small for a family of four. Beware if your flight arrives early check-in time is at 3pm!!!
Staff was incredibly nice No outdoor pool (which every nice hotel in Atlanta has) and no movies or decent tv stations in room?!? We checked into hotel for a 'staycation' and wanted to sit by a pool during the day and get room service/watch movies at night and couldn't do either!!! Total disappointment and WAY too much money to not have basics like that. We ended up wandering through the mall because we had literally nothing to do there... huge waste of money.
Loved the valet, design, location and overall customer service of team. Indoor pool was nice but more sun exposure/outdoor pool or larger deck would be great.

The location was great, as the neibourghood was safe, clean. Hotel is easily reached from metro station, e.g., travel fro Airport to hotel is very cheap, esay and fast. The bedding is extremely comfortable I had room booked in advance, also as extention for one additional night, what created a lot of problems, as there were no communication between receptionists, I had to tell the story feew times, and still, the room card was blocked for the last day. Also, bathroom supplies such as shapoo etc were not replaced. Hotel staff used one trick, knocking on the door and offering drinking water what we thought was nice, before we found during check-out, that we were charged for this.
Great location The housekeepers left the door open, perhaps all day after cleaning. Fortunately nothing was stolen. Very noisy hotel. Not a place to stay if you want to get some rest at night.
I like the shuttle that was available and the drivers were very respectful. The staff was very friendly and made my stay very comfortable. The washing machine door had to be kept pushed down to be able to work.It was a hassle to have to stand by the washing machine and hold the door down.

We loved the woman at the valet. Her cheerfulness made us laugh.
I placed a reservation for 2 beds but arrived and received a one bed.
Best value for money in the Atlanta Buckhead area, as it is incredibly central, and yet in a quiet location. The welcome cookie, the wonderful staff, the cozy room (adequately equipped with iron and ironing board and complimentary coffee and coffee machine), all recommend this hotel for people who search quality for a reasonable price.
Location was good.. Facillity and rooms were clean and roomy. Restaurant prices were pretty reasonable Parking is really complicated. It is neither convenient nor economical. You either have to pay for valet parking or walk around the corner to pakr it yourself in a garage. If you park yourself you pay 'full day' price every time you pull in and out. Or at least that's how I understood it. The hotel should just charge some reasonable price $10 a day and let you come in and out as your activities require. They nickel and dime you to death. The valet parks a number of cars in the driveway for his convenience. I ended up scratching my rental car on a post because I could not get by the double line of parked 'valet' cars. Breakfast service is confusing. You walk in and you don't know what to expect. No greeter, not enough waitresses. . had to wander around trying to figure out how to get some coffee (twice).
The rooms are getting pretty shabby and could do with a renovation...or at least new carpet.
I liked the location I hate that the parking lot was very small, only allowing parking for maybe 30 cars and if you didn't get one of those spots you had to walk a block or two to another parking lot. Its even worst when its cold!!
The process of getting a room key took unusually long. And then the door to the room assigned to us would not open with the key provided. Took at least half an hour to sort out the problem and just get into the room.
Embassy Suites Atlanta-Buckhead stands ideal location close to MARTA railroad station that takes us an easy access to downtown and Atlanta Airport.
I really loved the comfortness of the bed. The room was very clean and spacious. The view downstairs was amazing. I would definitely come back!! The valet parking price for one night was kind of too high..
OK hotel with a good service. Placed in an area which can be called a hotel ghetto with only a lot of hotels and uninteresting shops, some closed because of the financial crisis.
Location -SLOW elevators -Breakfast was not as good as other Embassy Suites

the staff was professional in both appearance and manner. the room was exellent for the getaway my wife n i needed. not too bussiness-like but soft n comfortable for the atmosphere we desired.
I liked the room and location I didnt like the employees they were rude and unfriendly. I felt like my energy was drained by the workers. I wasn't welcome with a smile, no one one had answers to the questions i asked.
The fitness centre had up to date machines and all were easily accessible. The only option for parking was valet that came at a premium price.

The room itself was decent and clean. The indoor water features were quite pretty. Upon arrival there were a couple of ladies dressed in very little walking back and forth in front of the hotel. That should have been my first sign that this was not going to be a good hotel for my family. I checked into the hotel and went out to the valet and requested a luggage cart. I was told that there were no luggage carts available. We waited about 30 minutes then I went inside to ask the front desk. I was told that sometimes guests hold those carts inside their rooms and they had no way of locating them. The lady seemed rather miffed that I had even asked her for a cart. The hotel has three elevators one of which is out of service. several times my family wound up taking the stairs instead of elevators because the wait was so long just to get an elevator. The inside pool area was not kept clean. My family tried a few times to take advantage of the cooked to order breakfast but the line was impossible long even at 6 a.m. by 10 a.m. we gave up and decided to stop elsewhere to eat. By far this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at definitely not what I was expecting in the Buckhead area, For sure this place has been added to my list of places to steer clear. The only staff members which did not act as though we were a bother were the bartenders during happy hour otherwise the front desk staff and many of the other workers seemed to really just not be happy individuals.
