Positiv: Great staff. Clean car.

Negativ: Car pick up reservation was not at airport. Had to change reservation when I got there and was a higher price.

Positiv: The staff at pick up was great and very efficient.

Negativ: The drop off in Erie could have been better. The airport was closed and there was no signage of where to drop the car or the key. We were thankful the airport police officer helped us out.

Negativ: They have to improve the cleaning, they are not disinfecting the cars I found a glass with pee on the door and a used mask in the back of the car

Positiv: Didn't end up renting the car because the reservation made note that there was shuttle service to the rental car facility from the Cleveland airport. I was instead booked for a location 24 minutes in the opposite direction of where I needed to be going. I ended up booking directly with Enterprise at the airport.

Positiv: When I went to pick up my reserved rental it wasn't there cause others were late returning theirs... so they did everything they could as quickly as possible to get me a vehicle of the size I needed... and very friendly staff!!!!!

Negativ: The 800 number I had said that I couldn't drop off the vehicle a day early cause it was closed. So the next day when I went to drop it off the person there said I could have and showed me the drop box... because of this I had no one to take me back home that day which was an hour drive away and had to start walking in the rain back home... thankfully a nice person gave me a ride even though I was soaking wet from walking

Positiv: Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Negativ: They did not have the SUV I reserved so I took a car instead. The vehicle was clean, however, there was the obvious small of marijuana present.
