We were promised a 15 passenger van but they didn’t have one. They were able to give us two vans but it complicated the trip to have to split up the group. Not sure how you can reserve a car and they just not have it.Bewertet am 30. Juni 2023

at pick up in orlando i go to the desk and nobody was there.... and no sign was there. this was at 1 30 ... then at 2 00 a nice lady got there and said she had been at her break. it would have been nice if a sign was posted and/or payless had another person to take care of us who waited the 30 min our car was fine, but it smelled like smoke even though we had been told it was non-smoking vehicle. the staff seemed all nice though , that is importantBewertet am 21. Flight was slightly delayed. When I arrived at the airport there was no one at the Payless booth. I was told to go to the Avis line. After 30+ minutes in the avis line, I find out it's the wrong location. I call the right Payless location and no one answers even though they were supposed to close 30 mins later. I call the next morning and explain to them what happened and they refused to help me. I ended up without a rental.Bewertet am 16. Apr. 2022
