Very happy with the pick up of the car, the car was excellent and clean. Drop off was not good as no agent was there at the airport in the morning when we departed. We had no chance to check the car with the agent and late in the day the agent reported a door dent now we are having to deal with matter from a distance.Bewertet am 19. Aug. 2022

I submitted the rental application through here. Showed up at 1245 and didn't get the rental done till 130. And when I tried to get my airmiles done. Said would be done upon returning the vehicle. Didn't happen and the customer representative said it would be done the day after I returned it. Still nothing at all. So with everything being said I will more than likely go elsewhere for a rental next time.Bewertet am 12. März 2022
