Wait for more than two hours to pick up the car ，inside the car has lots roaches ，while driving the roach climb out on the inside of the window ，the left over pizza in box leave in back seat of the car for coup of hour ，there already have three roaches inside the box eating the pizza ，never used this company again．Bewertet am 3. To begin with the shuttle service never came! We waited at the airport for 27 minutes. A shuttle driver from a competitor company picked us up and dropped us at Thrifty. The attendants were very unprofessional. The car was not clean. The windows were very dirty. Glad I only had the car for 20 hours! I’m going back to Hertz.Bewertet am 14. Dez. 2022

This is not at an airport location. It is a Hertz office at a hotel about twenty minutes away. They have a limited number of cars and less likely to have what was requested. If using this office call ahead to ensure you know the exact model you will receive. I expected a premium car and received a base level Chevrolet with no options of any kind.Bewertet am 23. Aug. 2022
