Reserved a car at a specific location online to get there and be told they don’t have any cars and to wait. Another person walks in and they say they have no cars and won’t be getting any. I was flabbergasted that I was literally told something different 5 minutes earlier. We were then directed to another location across town in hopes of getting a car there.Bewertet am 9. Aug. 2023

They ran out of cars and I had to wait 2 hours for a car to show up to fulfill my reservation.Bewertet am 18. Juni 2023

The pick-up was OK. Friendly staff, but silly process (only two people allowed in the building at once). Drop-off was fast, but the gentleman I dealt with was fairly rude. The car, though, was terrible. It needed service (the service light was on when I picked it up). It was in bad shape and not terribly clean. It jerked when starting up at an intersection. The windshield produced glare in all conditions. Overall, the car was worn out.Bewertet am 9. Apr. 2023

Didn’t have my reservation although you confirmed. It would be nice if you reimbursed me for the $190 Urber charges incurred.Bewertet am 21. Aug. 2022

This reservation was canceled because they overbooked. When I arrived at the location, around 20 people were in line and had been there for over an hour waiting for cars. The answer I received was, “we will have all cars by the end of the day.” I canceled this reservation and quickly headed to the train station. When I got to my destination, I booked through National. They are just way more reliable. I will not pick Avis again.Bewertet am 8. Aug. 2022

Pick up at Washington Union was horrible. Took 90 minutes in line for the staff to check in less than 10 people. No sense of urgency. Manual paperwork felt like the dark ages compared to other car rental companies. Would not use again unless they had the only available cars in town!Bewertet am 8. Aug. 2022

Pickup was terrible, took an hour only one person in front of me. Made us wait in the rain outside because they had a rule of only one customer in the office at a time.Bewertet am 26. Juni 2022
