Charged me twice, still waiting on refund. Did an upgrade due to not having what I reserved and charged me for the upgrade. Turned car in sooner than reserved for and charged me all but 20.00 less. Budget/Avis does not rent to drivers with Georgia driver’s licenses. Would have been nice to know that BEFORE i arrived at the rental location. Very fortunate I was visiting family and a family member was able to rent for me. Very poorly done.Bewertet am 10. Apr. 2022

Windows of the car had water spots/streaks left from cleaning. Potentially using a dirty towel to clean them? Using the wipers and spray did not clean them, we had to stop and clean them once we reached our destination, the spots are more visible at night when driving.Bewertet am 20. Jan. 2022

We used Budget before, and were pleased with the service and vehicle. This time we went to a different location where communication was not priority, and the vehicle was subpar. Basically, we did not get the rental we reserved, and it was not in top notch working order. We are not planning to use the 69th and Lewis Tulsa Budget location again.Bewertet am 15. Dez. 2021
