The vehicle we were provided had almost bald tires and the breaks were warped. The entire trip o could not comfortably use the vehicle, we only drove it to the house and back to the airport. We are very dissatisfied with the rental.Bewertet am 2. Jan. 2022

Positiv:I wasn’t even able to rent the car. I reserved it online with an Apple credit card. When I was dropped off at the airport to pick up the car with the SAME CC I used to reserve it I was told I couldn’t rent it because they don’t take that CC. I had no ride home, no other CC’s. I was forced to use a different rental company that was more than twice the price. And the guy was a jerk about it to boot.Negativ:Update your systems to take CC that online allows. It was a terrible inconvenience and put me in a financial bind considering I have to pay almost $400 more for a rental. I’m beyond disappointed.Bewertet am 2. Juni 2020
