We rented an EV but on arrival they did not have any EVs charged. The replacement vehicle was nice but smelled significantly of smoke and we did not have time to return to attempt to get another vehicle.Bewertet am 19. Juli 2023

There were coffee spills and a small bag of trash in the car. It was obvious they relied on the previous renters to do the cleaning. It seems like the staff didn't check the car before my use. The car was fine, the gas was full and there was no damage to the vehicle, but it could have been cleaned better and it also had the scent of cigarettes.Bewertet am 2. Juli 2023

Line to pickup was a disaster. For awhile no one was even at the counter despite a line of 20+. System to get cars was very inefficient so each person getting their car took way longer than it should. Do not blame the counter representatives who did the best they could, but everything was poorly organized and poorly run.Bewertet am 2. Juli 2023

Our flight was delayed and the Budget we secured our car from was not answering the phone during normal business hours. They did not save our rental for the next day (the location was closed when our flight got in) No one at any local Budget office was helpful. Will not be using this rental agency again.Bewertet am 29. Juni 2023

Horrible. Took well over an hour to obtain the rental when we arrived at the airport - they had one person at the desk and well over 20 customers waiting in line. A very frustrating experience.Bewertet am 6. Juni 2023

Though the system allowed me to make a reservation to pick up a car after 5:00, when I arrived the office was closed. I had to scramble to find alternate arrangements with another company at another location.Bewertet am 23. Mai 2023
