The vehicle had 64,000 miles with worn out front tires and very dirty. It was supposed to be an upgrade. This is the second time in Wilmington NC for a very dirty rental. This my last Budget rental for this location.Bewertet am 16. Mai 2023

The staff behind the desk was friendly and helpful. However, the car that we were given wasn't clean. There was dust/dirt all over the outside, and-- to make matters worse-- there was no windshield wiper fluid in the vehicle (front or rear) to clean the windows. We decided to get the car a few days earlier and changed the reservation with the help of customer service of budget itself. We also recieved a confirmation with the new data. As we tried to pick up our car we had to learn that the budget shop will not honor our reservation and that they have no car for us.
