Our initial car had a mechanical/electrical issue with the driver’s door. We were able to exchange cars at another facility. There was also a billing error which was corrected when we returned the car at the airport. They made it good in the end.Bewertet am 12. Okt. 2022

The first car I received was infested with Ants. I didn't realize that until I was way down the road. I called and the allowed me to return it. No problem which was great. It did mess up up my schedule while I was there as I didn't account for returning a vehicle. The customer service was great.Bewertet am 19. Sept. 2022

Just needed a little more explanation on charges since I bought insurance through kayak and it seems like they charge me again. Also, it would be nice if the counter people are aware of the type of car that is in inventory. That is, know the features. I upgraded since I was told there is apple car play in the car so I can use the GPS. Apparently, there isn't.Bewertet am 7. Feb. 2022

Positiv:Check-in was easy and she/the agent was friendly.Negativ:Not a fan of NISSAN cars. Dash isn't intuitive and not the best car to drive. Found trash under the seat from a previous driver.Bewertet am 27. Mai 2021
