The door was locked and the two employees in the back of the office wouldn’t help us. There was a hand written sign on the door saying to call a number if you have a reservation and they would return to the office to assist you. The number went straight to voicemail, no one came back to help us to we left and canceled our reservation.Bewertet am 6. Aug. 2023

The car pickup appointment was for noon. When we arrived at 12:15pm the owner refused to speak to us as he locked up his office. He totally ignored us as we knocked on the door and eventually walked out to his car and told us there was nothing he could do because the office closed at noon. Pick up time and office closing was in direct conflict with each other. The owner did not apologize or offer alternatives. He told us to “come back tomorrow.”Bewertet am 22. Okt. 2021

I was told I would pay $56.04 in grand total. This is what I signed, this is what I agreed to. However, I was charged over 3x that! I have tried to fight this with Avis and they refuse to help. My credit card company sides with Avis. Apparently, this is in the fine print. They are able to change fees at any given time and there is nothing you can do about it. This is theft!Bewertet am 7.
