The problem itself is not with the car rental company, but with the Kayak. I made the first reservation, however, with the wrong time, so the car rental company suggested that I make another reservation, which I did. I picked up a car and they charged me for 2. Worst ever. No personnel at airport desk. Prepay customers ahead of me had been waiting 1.5 hrs with no sign of someone— a person took care of one client then disappeared. Had to book a car with a competitor on the spot and paid twice as much due to last minute booking. Thrifty never again.Bewertet am 7. Feb. 2022

the service at pick up and drop off was very quickly. The car was really comfortable. I loved how easy the process of rented. I definitely recommend rent a car in TPA. I just recommend to ask for a not smoking car. The car I rented is supposedly non-smoking but obviously someone had smoked in the car.Bewertet am 17. Sept. 2021

There was an hour wait to get the car, which was frustrating after a long flight. The car smelled of smoke. It had scratches and dings on all sides and the individual marking the paper missed some of the most significant marks where someone just scrapped the front bumper on concrete. If I hadn't called it out, I'm afraid they would have assumed I wrecked the car and charged me. The car smelled like smoke. It was very disappointing.
