Positiv:: Das Ritz London ist ein wunderbares Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind das Herz des Hotels und tun alles, um dem Gast einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten und ihn zu entlasten und zu unterstützen. Noch immer habe ich ein Lächeln im Gesicht, wenn ich daran denke wie herzlich sowohl der Empfang als auch die Verabschiedung waren. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Produkte sind vielfältig und sehr lecker. Zu einem reichhaltigen Buffet mit ausgewählten und sehr frischen Produkten kann man aus der Karte Gerichte bestellen, die in der Küche frisch zubereitet werden. Der Service ist überaus freundlich und professionell und hat es nach unseren Beobachtungen nicht immer nur mit einfachen und freundlichen Gästen zu tun. Die Zimmer sind eine Augenweide, darüber hinaus bequem und alle Funktionalitäten sind vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und bieten vor allem Platz. Das ist in englischen Hotels ansonsten nicht immer der Fall. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sehr gerne wieder ins Ritz reisen.

Positiv:: Das Hotel ist in der besten Lage für Theater, Restaurants, Shopping und Kunst. Wir waren zwei Pärchen und wir hatten die beste Zeit.

USB-Ladegerät für mein Handy im Bett, Bluetooth für Ihre Musik. Ich war schon 3 oder 4 Mal hier und werde wieder zurückkehren!

Positiv:: We were surprised by the quality of breakfast especially as the breakfast area was quite small but everything was so fresh and flavourful and of a really high standard. They kept replenishing the breakfast area as well. We really enjoyed our stay and ended up staying in our room longer than we thought as we had a terrace and everything was so nice and comfortable. Really liked the bar area too.

Positiv:: From the moment we walked in the door we were made to feel so welcome and every single staff member that we came into contact with was outstanding! Polite, friendly, fun and genuine, the staff her are outstanding in every way. The hotel is really lovely, spotlessly clean and very modern but also with touches of traditional decor which give it a real feeling of style and class. The location is literally unbeatable. I’d definitely go back.

Positiv:: The hotel is situated in the perfect location. The use of the Amba Lounge was an added bonus. We had dinner in the restaurant which was wonderful. Also used room service one evening which was lovely and arrived quickly from when ordered.

Each day of our stay she helped with restaurant reservations, transportation, etc, always with a cheerful friendly smile. The location was great, walkable from the theater and many restaurants, and steps from an underground station.

Positiv:: The Breakfast was very American based and therefore not styled to British tastes. Please do not get me started on the air conditioning, it was so cold you believed you were in some New York Hotel.

Positiv:: I respect the Night duty manager on the date I arrived as I have arrived earlier than expected and did not have a room for me. He was very nice, considerate : he offered water, drinks, a blanket and made sure I get a room as FAST as he could. Thank you again also for the hospitality of ALL staff from desk, vallet, food, room services. THEY ARE SO GREAT. THE VALLET GUY EVERY MORNING IS JUST F A N T A S T I C It is sad that construction works are blocking the road towards your hotel. Positiv:: The bed and room was super comfy based on our limited knowledge of high end hotels. We’ve stayed at many Radisson Blu hotels around the world and this was the best we’ve visited so far!

Positiv:: The location was perfect but this was topped by the staff, in all departments, they were very friendly and went that extra step to ensure we were looked after, excellent service.

Die Lage ist nicht zu schlagen - ich ging in weniger als einer halben Stunde zum British Museum und gleich um die Ecke zu Ihrem Majest's Theatre for Phantom. Mein Zimmer war ruhig und fensterlos, aber mir geht es gut mit kleinen Räumen; wenn Sie nicht allein reisen, fühlen Sie sich vielleicht beengt.

Positiv:: Die Lage war großartig und das erste Mal, dass ich hier war, war sauberer. Das Zimmer ist wirklich einfach, aber das Bett war bequem. Ich würde nie mit einer zweiten Person hier übernachten. Das Zimmer ist gut für 1 Person.

Das Doppelzimmer war 10x10 (Fuß) ohne Telefon oder schrank. Kein Wäsche- oder Zimmerservice der Weckdienst ist ein Klopfen an der Tür. NICHT FÜR GESCHÄFTLICHE ZWECKE

My room was basic, but clean and had everything I needed including water, tea and coffee. Really pleased and will recommend. I will definitely look to stay here when I next need accommodation in London (most months)
