Positiv:: Staff very friendly and helpful, hotel spotlessly clean and in great location.

Positiv:: The room was well set out with an extra bed for a 3rd adult. The beds were all comfortable and the sound proofing was excellent so we all got a good nights sleep. Useful in room safe and tea/ coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent with a wide ranging fresh buffet and hot food cooked to order. The best thing however was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special as my daughter celebrated her 21st birthday. They arranged a bottle of Prosseco and chocolate strawberries as well as a card and balloons! Fantastic and huge thanks go to Beth and Kostatin for all their care and attention. The restaurant was also excellent, a new experience for us to have Peruvian food and the staff were helpful with reccommendations.

Positiv:: Die Lage ist hervorragend, um die Region um Covent Garden und Leicester Square zu Fuß zu erkunden. Mit der Piccadilly Line fährt man direkt vom Flughafen Heathrow bis Covent Garden und erreicht das Hotel nach knapp 10 Minuten Fußweg. Auch die Anbindung an das Bussystem ist bestens. Wir bevorzugen es uns möglichst mit dem Bus durch London zu bewegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, modern und für Londoner Verhältnisse groß. Das Monmouth Kitchen Restaurant bietet ein hervorragendes Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Man kann dort den ganzen Tag sehr gut essen. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend! Danke an Roberta für den freundlichen Empfang, an Melissa und ihr Restaurantteam, dass wir an unserem Wunschtisch frühstücken durften und an den Concierge Ed mit Luis und dem gesamten Team, die alle zusammen dafür gesorgt haben, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Ich war bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem schönen Hotel und komme bestimmt wieder.

Positiv:: The property is a wonderful example of re-purposing an iconic building. If you are travelling on the trains it is a 5 minute walk to the international concourse. The rooms are a reasonable size and very comfortable. A walk in shower was appreciated too, especially as it had a grab rail.

Positiv:: Wunderbare Architektur, moderne und grosszügige Zimmer, ganz tolle Eingangshalle und Bar-Bereich. Pool hat bis 23h geöffnet - kleines Becken mit „Whirlpool“ Ecke. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Positiv:: We arrived mid-evening and departed for the Eurostar early the next morning. The room we had been allocated had a shower but no bath. The receptionist found us a suite in the older part of the hotel which was fantastic!

Das Frühstück war das beste, das ich in Europa während meines dreimonatigen Aufenthalts hatte. Die Badezimmer sind sehr modern und das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber.

Positiv:: Great location for theatres restaurants and bars. Covent Garden very close by too. Holborn Station just a few minutes walk away too. Our room was upgraded to one on the 6th floor with a view of the park. So a lovely gesture due to the staff finding out it was our Anniversary. Complimentary Coffees Teas or Lattes etc. with snacks so good touch there. Will recommend and stay there again. Thank you.

Positiv:: I loved the bed, it was like sleeping on a cloud. Really big, clean, soft and comfortable. Could not fault it. The next morning I had porridge for breakfast and it was gorgeous. The outside of the hotel is impressive and the staff are friendly and professional. Location wise, it's perfect and situated right next to a lovely park, yet in the heart of London with shops, restaurants, pubs etc just feet away. I would stay here again.

Positiv:: When I need access to trains and underground early I stay at GNH. There's been some decrease in the looking after you factor since the Hotel was taken over from Meridien and in general a bit cooler. The rooms and location in a way make up for it. Special mention for the restaurant staff. I was very pressed for time and they made sure the breakfast was sped up and done. much appreciated.

Positiv:: Breakfast good quality, but run on menu system so no helping yourself to anything. However choice is ok & though not tried I guess if you asked for more it would be no problem.

Positiv:: I was so looking forward to staying at this hotel because of the location and its boutique style but I was so disappointed in my room and more so the price I was charged to stay in what I can only describe as a prison cell shoe box. I paid £494 for 1 night. This did not include breakfast, it had no Tea or coffee facilities in the room because that is how small the room was, yet it had an espresso machine hidden in a wardrobe area so that area could have been utilized for a small kettle and full tea/coffee facilities. Even the Premier Inn make room for such amenities. To get a hot drink you had to walk down a corridor from your room to a pantry. Early on a morning and before a shower means you have to get ready just to go and get a refreshing morning drink to suit your personal choice. The bathroom had no area for me to put my wash or make up bag, I had to put down the toilet seat to place these whilst I was using the mirror to get ready. The pillows were so soft that your sleeping with your head on the mattress and for this boutique price tag, you most certainly should have the option of a firm or soft pillow. You could not swing a cat in this room and was so difficult opening a large suitcase to get your belongings out every time , then close it up just to have some floor space. The room overlooked the roof of Kingscross and had no view whatsoever. Whilst the room was quiet and the reception staff were very nice and accommodating by allowing me early access to the room as it was ready before normal check in, overall I felt ripped off with such a huge price tag and I would never stay at this hotel again. When paying such a high price tag for 1 night you dont feel the need to question the hotel in anyway and trust that it would meet this price level however I took it upon myself to review further due to my disappointment to find that on other nights they sell these rooms online for as little as £199. I would never book here again !
