Negativ: Lange Fußweg vom Terminal 4 wenn man Schwierigkeiten hat zu Fuß zu gehen. Keine Extras wie Pool oder Transfers vom und zum Flughafen. Einfach, aber sehr schön.

Negativ: Das Essen am Grill war nicht so gut, WiFi funktionierte nicht und in meinem Badezimmer gab es ein schmutziges Handtuch.

Positiv: Das Hotel war sehr sauber und komfortabel und mit einem freundlichen Personal. Das Bett und die Kissen waren perfekt für einen guten Schlaf. Wir waren angenehm überrascht von den Zimmer und es hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Der Zimmerpreis war toll.

Positiv: Great staff at check in and check out. They were very helpful, and even printed my return boarding passes for me. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The on-site restaurant is lovely and not at all over priced for where it is, aside from that, the food was lovely on both times we stayed (before and after our travel). Keep up the good work, this is an excellent Premier Inn.

Basic but very comfortable, the rooms had programmable aircon and a kettle and some tea and coffee supplies, so as an airport hotel, nothing to fault! Wifi was also pretty decent and there is a restaurant downstairs with a Costa coffee if youre desperate for a feed after your flight.

Negativ: Party going on till midnight, music blaring, kids from party running through the restaurant while we are trying to eat. Asked management to turn music down, nothing changed had a 4am flight with 3 hours sleep not impressed

Positiv: Check In was swift and smooth. Every member of staff I interacted with were polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and was served very quickly.

Negativ: If I had known that a private party was being held in the evening I would not have booked a nights stay there. There were children running around the dining hall who were not customers of the dining area and no parents in sight to manage their behaviour. The music was so loud I could not have a conversation with my partner without raising our voices to be heard, even though we were sitting opposite each other. After our meal we could not use the bar/lounge facilities due to the party so we had to retire to our room early. We decided to sit on the balcony of our room for coffee, but unfortunately it overlooked the function room, and many of the patrons of the private party were outside and were using foul language which made us very uncomfortable. Eventually we decided to retire to bed before 9pm and reflect on a ruined, but expensive nights stay.

Negativ: Das Zimmer verfügte über keine Annehmlichkeiten, die für umgehende Reisende erforderlich sind, wie eine Minibar für leichte Erfrischungen und Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Das sind wirklich zwei Dinge, die ich immer griffbereit brauche, wenn ich mit der späten Ankunft und der frühen Abreise einen kurzen Zwischenstopp mache. Wirklich schlecht für ein Hotel, das 5 Sterne verdient. Sie sollten die Bedürfnisse ihrer Gäste verstehen. Einige der neuen und innovativen Flughafenhotels könnten das Sofitel definitiv herausfordern.

Negativ: Bed and pillows were way too soft. Got little sleep, felt every toss and turn of my husband -- which defeated the purpose of a daytime flight to LHR.

Positiv: Perfect hotel for the traveler coming or going from Heathrow to the States - you are right at Terminal 5 so super convenient! The hotel pampers your weary traveler's body - wonderful beds, pillows, bath products etc. The bars are fun and the Vivre restaurant is excellent. Overall, we would always prefer Sofitel for airport stays as they are outstanding!

Positiv: I have stayed at the Sofitel on previous occasions and the standard is always high and the location is perfect for T5 and trains. On this occasion Lavinia (Reception) stood out as particularly helpful, kind and professional and I would like to commend her for this. The cafe is very good both in quality of food, coffee, prices and professionalism.

Positiv: It is a popular location, so when I got there in the late evening, I had to stay in line for the staff to serve us and check us in. However, the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and spacious, the bed was excellent. It felt as if sleeping on the softest cloud, the pillows were also new, puffy and fantastic overall. It was quiet in the evening and in the morning, a great location for someone to spend the night before an early flight to Heathrow.

Negativ: The only issue we had was the taxi service they contacted to return us to the airport. The driver charged 17L for a very short drive to Terminal 3. We had been told at reception that the ride would be a contracted 13lL, but the driver required 17.

Positiv: I was there for my professional meetings inside of the hotel. I did not go to the center and therefore didn't have a terrible traffic (people said!) from and to Heathrow. From this point of view my stay was excellent:) Great transport communication (buses) with all Heathrow terminals. Free of charge. If a taxi - 10 pounds' trip. Very friendly and helpful employees!

Positiv: Der absolute Knaller war die Aussicht auf die Startbahn. Wir haben das sehr genossen. Außerdem ist das Personal super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Anbindung an den Flughafen ist fantastisch - der Bus U3 fährt kostenlos, und mit dem Heathrow Express ist man in 15 min in London. Dieses Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen!

Negativ: Ich bin kein Kreditkartenfan, und ohne geht da nix. Aber das ist wirklich der einzige winzigkleine Kritikpunkt.

Positiv: Ein neueres Hotel, ziemlich modern, ohne schockierend zu sein. Schönes Zimmer, das an IKEA erinnert. Wir übernachteten zwischen zwei internationalen Flügen über 10 Stunden; ich würde es sofort wieder tun. Tolles Personal!

Wir werden dieses Hotel niemals weiterempfehlen oder jemals wieder dort übernachten. Zwei Daumen nach unten im Hilton!

Positiv: This was our second visit to this hotel and it didnt disapoint, after a long haul flight from china, this place is like heaven, staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful, the rooms are super and beds so comfortable, the bar area is chilled and the breakfast was great, we will stay again after our next trip next year, highly reccomend

Negativ: Hard to get to from other terminals. Our ac was not working and with no windows the room was very hot. I phoned reception, they said they would call me back. They called me back nearly 2 hours later, at 1am! Which woke me up when I had a short sleep anyway. Very overpriced.

Der Agent räumte ein, dass das System ihnen nicht erlauben würde, die vollen Kosten zu stornieren, aber vielleicht würde der Manager dies tun. Manager war erst am Montag dabei. Positiv: Komfortables Zimmer, schnelles Internet und eine einfache Fahrt mit dem öffentlichen Bussystem in 5 Minuten zum Terminal sind nicht zu schlagen.

Negativ: Die Haare im Bad und in der Teetasse schlugen vor, dass sie nicht gut gereinigt wurden, und etwa ein 45-Zoll-warten, um eingecheckt zu werden, machte den Aufenthalt weniger als ideal. Beide Probleme sind wahrscheinlich einmalig, jedoch auf der Grundlage von verfügbaren Bewertungen.

Negativ: Uns wurde nicht mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel eine KOMPLETTE Renovierung durchläuft. Wir wurden zunächst in einem kürzlich fertiggestellten Raum untergebracht. Nach einer echten Orealität, um dorthin zu kommen, haben wir herausgefunden, dass unser Zimmer mit Chemikalien belästigt war (wir haben uns innerhalb von 5 Minuten Kopfschmerzen gemacht und wässrige Augen), immer noch Bauschutt hatte und der Türgriff des Badezimmers nicht installiert war. Wir mussten unser gesamtes Gepäck zurückbringen und mussten in ein anderes Zimmer gebracht werden.

Positiv: I arrived very late in the evening from an international flight. Staff most helpful, particularly with airport transfer the following morning (less than half the cost of a London cab). Despite being on the Heathrow transport corridor, the rooms are quiet. Also clean and well appointed. Breakfast more than adequate.

Some things were cold, some things were under cooked and some things were just missing. The waitress, bless her tried but I could tell that we weren’t the only ones who had a grumble. Suffice to say we didn’t return. I mentioned in the likes box above how nice it was to have the adjoining room. It was just a shame that the lock was broken when we arrived so we couldn’t initially open it. Got fixed eventually.

Positiv: It is good property to stay and enjoy your night near to Heathrow airport.

Negativ: The Resturant was a little bit costly side in comparison to other Resturant in London.

Positiv: Third time we've used The Marriott, prior to long haul flight!! Thoroughly recommend, as it takes away the stress!!

Negativ: Einige ihrer Mitarbeiter waren nicht professionell und unhöflich (um fair zu sein, einige waren gut). Der Feueralarm ging immer weiter und weckte mich mitten in der Nacht auf, weil jemand in einem anderen Zimmer rauchte.

Positiv: Angestellte an der Rezeption beim Einchecken war sehr freundlich und effizient.

Negativ: Der Concierge sagte uns nichts über den kostenlosen Doppeldeckerbus zum Flughafen. Ein anderer Kollege sagte uns dies dann.

Positiv: Dies ist ein sehr gutes gehobenes Hotel in der Nähe von Heathrow, es ist ein perfekter Aufenthalt für Reisende, die den Flughafen nutzen. Unterkunft und Personal sind beide erstklassig, das Personal war besonders hilfsbereit. Ich schätzte die USB-Anschlüsse für meinen Computer und mein Telefon.

Negativ: Der Raum roch nach Zigarettenrauch, der durch die Klimaanlage hereinströmte.

Positiv: Ausstattung war ausreichend und perfekt für eine Nacht Aufenthalt am Flughafen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.

Negativ: Zimmer: schade das, dass Zimmer mit Teppichen ausgestattet ist, im Winter kann es auch hilfreich sein, es war jedoch sehr sauber. Die Aussicht auf den Balkon ist nicht sehr aufregend aber ok.

Negativ: I was given a smoking room. As a non-smoker I did not want to stay in a room that stank of stale cigarette smoke. Receptionist did not tell me it was a smoking room as I was given the key. So I had to return to reception to change the room, which was not quick and easy and as I was then 'upgraded' to a suite, appeared to be one of the last room s available.

Negativ: More healthier options on the Pub menu!

Negativ: Overnight car parking charge is too much and no information provided upfront. Online check in tool doesn’t show whether room being check in is smoking or non-smoking. Ended up in booking smoking room but later moved to a non smoking room.

Positiv: It was very cozy, definitely best for solo travellers as it is very small. It was a cool experience I felt like I was in a space ship. Shower is great.

Negativ: I thought it was a little over priced for what it is, but I think it’s worth it for the convenience being inside the airport, especially when you have an early flight like I did.

Positiv: Not much about this hotel... The staff were nice enough and they give you complimentary tea and coffee.

Negativ: The hallway was very smelly and dirty. Sheets were not soft and the bed was uncomfortable. All through the night you are woken up by people extending their beds from the seated position the sleeping position. Unless you are staying in terminal 4, the location is awful - there are no early pre-six am shuttle buses or trains to the other terminals so we ended up spending an additional £22 on a Uber to Terminal 2! Ridiculous!

Positiv: the location being right at the airport is really good. just needed to get into the lift to go check in. Brilliant for early starts. The novelty of the set up is quite cool, and the tv and wifi is good.

Negativ: the area is a bit rundown and you feel like you are heading into a dungeon when finding your room. Also it is very difficult to find the hotel in the airport premises. it does not have the same level of signage that the other hotels do. you have to use a particular set of lifts other wise you cant find it.

Positiv: The location is perfect.

Negativ: Cabins could be a bit bigger.

Positiv: Staying at Heathrow for an early flight I was very pleased with my accommodation and its location, which was close to the link from Terminal 4 to Terminals 2 and 3. The accommodation was tiny but comfortable and included everything I might have wanted for an overnight pre flight stay.

Negativ: I found the bed surround a bit difficult to clamber over to get in or out of the bed and I am a reasonably agile person and not overweight.

Negativ: The room has an air conditioning that blows cold air directly on your face while you are sleeping. Supposedly one can regulate the temperature but it didnt work for me. After two hours in bed without sleeping because of the noise of the fan and the air in my face I got up got dressed and went to reception to ask the guy to turn down the air. The guy told me that was not possible. I left this morning for my day of meetings without having slept and with a cold. I feel dreadful.

Positiv: Love how was easily accessible. able to use the free train to get between terminals. Was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Unlimited hot drinks was good in addition to there being two restaurants one beside it and one on the lower level that met my expectations. It look just like the pictures.

Negativ: There is this noise that sounds as if it is the pipes. It seem to go off at every 10 minutes,. When I asked about it I was told it some sort of suction of the air. It was very loud luckily I can sleep through anything. I was told every room hears it and that's probably why each room came with ear plugs.

Positiv: Cosy, clean and comfortable - and, of course, inside the airport. A great option for a very early flight!

Negativ: Not Yotel's fault, but it took me 45 minutes to transfer to terminal 4. I'd recommend going by tube and ignoring the 'free train transfer' option - so much walking and trains only seem to go every half hour.

Negativ: Stayed at this hotel a few times and this is the first time we was put on the first floor. There was so much noise we could hear from outside even with the windows shut and there was alot of noise coming from the room above us. Very loud.

Positiv: This hotel has a very relaxed chilled feel to it. The room was very clean and quite spacious. The breakfast was decent with lots of choice. The shower in the room was amazing, especially for London! The bar is also great.

Negativ: The hotel is a good 35 min bus from the airport, which I'm sure is probably halved if you take an uber or something.

Positiv: I requested for check in timing and they confirmed my check in by sending me an email after checking out next day.

Positiv: Das Hotel war toll für die Lage und den Preis. Das Restaurant war überdurchschnittlich! Das Essen und das Personal waren ausgezeichnet.

Positiv: Von einer Europareise in die USA zurückgekehrt, mussten wir spät in der Nacht von London-Gatwick nach London-Heathrow fahren und dann am nächsten Morgen von London-Heathrow abfahren. Das Hilton Garden Inn war ideal. Es befindet sich in der Nähe von Terminal 4 und bot uns eine gute Unterkunft für die Nacht. Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich.

Negativ: Das Hotel war sehr laut und das Reinigungspersonal schleuderte immer wieder Türen, um uns in Stand zu halten. Außerdem haben wir einen Server nach dem Menü gefragt, und sie hat uns unhöflich gesagt, jemand anderen zu fragen und ging weg.

Positiv: Brandneu, schönes Hotel und ein super Garden Inn. Komfortabel und makellos sauber. Nettes Personal an der Bar und beim Check in. Leicht von Hatton Cross Tube Station.

Negativ: eine Kritik gelesen, dass Transport war schlecht und muss dem zustimmen. Teuer für GBP 4:50 pro Person. Schlimmer noch war der mürrisch, unfreundlich, nicht hilfsbereit kein Blödmann, fährt der Bus. Schrecklich.

Positiv: Tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt, nahe an der U-Bahnstation und am Flughafen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Negativ: Both rooms were too hot. We adjusted the temperature so it was cooler and comfortable for us but it reset during the night. It was not made clear to us that there are two Hilton Garden Inns near each other at the airport so we mistakenly tried to check in at the other one. I wonder if there is a good way to make this clear for future travelers.

Negativ: Frühstück war schon etwas ausgesucht, wenn man etwas später kommt, aber ansonsten noch völlig ok und ausreichend. Allerdings wurde der schmackhafte Orangensaft, wenn er zur Neige ging, mit Wasser gestreckt und schmeckte danach ebenso nach Wasser.

Negativ: When I phoned from the States, the staff told me they would send someone to collect us at Enterprise Rent-a-Car as a courtesy. When we phoned from Enterprise, they not only said they wouldn't, they denied ever having told me that--even though I have it in writing in an email. We took the Enterprise shuttle to the nearest drop off and walked the rest of the way in the rain, arriving soaking wet. The staff apologized for my not understanding, which only enraged me. The room was chilly with only two thin and rough bath towels. The thermostat didn't work.

Positiv: Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus vom Flughafen, der an einem Pub hält, der nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Es war nicht gut gefördert. Das Hotel ist nur zehn Minuten vom Terminal 5 entfernt.

Negativ: Das englische Frühstück ist nicht inbegriffen (z. B. Eier, Wurst usw.), kostet aber 5 Pfund. Das kontinentale Frühstück ist jedoch ausreichend mit hart gekochten Eiern, Schinken und Käse.

Positiv: Leichter Zugang zu LHR und Autovermietungen. Das Hotel ist relativ neu und alle Einrichtungen sind modern und sauber. Das inbegriffene Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.

Negativ: Das Zimmer war winzig, zwei Personen mit zwei Koffern und wir konnten uns nicht im Zimmer bewegen!

Positiv: I was all ready not to like this hotel, but it turned out to be excellent. It was impeccably clean, excellent value for money, the staff were polite, friendly and extremely helpful, and it was perfectly located for Heathrow, provided that you know you can get any one of a number of local buses free of charge from the bus stop opposite. This is much, much better than getting the Heathrow Hotel Hopper, which may or may not go to and from the hotel and which costs 5 GBP. Breakfast was an unexpected surprise. When I saw that a "continental breakfast" was included in the cost of my room, I expected some coffee and a piece of cake or toast. Instead there was a good range of fruit, yoghurt, toast, croissants, cheese, ham, boiled eggs and cereals, all replenished frequently and promptly by the kind and helpful staff. Great.

Negativ: The worst thing about this hotel was what made me not want to like it. If you have been to hotels around Heathrow before you will know that many of them have confusingly similar names. This hotel is the Ibis Styles Hotel, not the Ibis Hotel. I found that out when I reached the Ibis Hotel, loaded down with luggage and tired after a long flight. I got the impression in reception there that people showing up at the wrong Ibis hotel is something that happens quite often. My fault, of course, but it is an easy mistake to make. What I would like is for all hotels with confusingly similar names to put a clear and prominent warning on their websites telling travellers to be careful to go to the right hotel. That's all. You also need to take a toothbrush and toothpaste: they do not give you these.

Positiv: Second time been there and loved it both times

Negativ: Nothing we didn’t like

Positiv: The coffee was quite good and apparently for free. Ibis hotels are always exceptionally clean. Bed comfy. Good location, good soundproofing, it's ideal for a before/after flight stay.

Negativ: The A/C was loud, had to be turned off, it was quite impossible to sleep because of the noise. Breakfast was probably the poorest I saw in my life. The restaurant has a limited pub-food menu with tasteless food. The hotel has very limited parking spaces available.

Positiv: Top Unterkunft. Bei der Ausstattung würde ich noch mehr Punkt vergeben wenn das möglich wäre.

Negativ: Die Erreichbarkeit ist trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen schwierig, es sei denn, man nimmt ein Taxi.

Positiv: Die Zimmer sind kreativ gestaltet. Das Hotel liegt nahe beim Flughafen Heathrow und ist gut mit dem Bus erreichbar.

Positiv: Comfy and quiet and easy to get to via the free bus from outside Heathrow

Negativ: The dinner in restaurant seemed like it had come straight from a microwave. Pretty tasteless

Positiv: Das Personal war erstklassig. Sie waren alle sehr freundlich und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht.

Positiv: Praktische Raumaufteilung, gemütliche Atmosphäre. Nähe zum Flughafen. Mit dem Bus erreicht man in 10 min kostenlos die Terminal 1,2,3 Station.

Negativ: Hotel wirkt von außen wie ein altes Bürogebäude. Wir sind mit dem Bus angekommen, und mussten einmal ums Gebäude laufen um den Eingang finden zu können.

Positiv: The hotel was quiet. We had a good nights sleep before our flight. That’s all you want.

Negativ: Restaurant could do with a lift.

Positiv: Looks like a brand new refurbishment throughout has taken place. Modern, interesting and very nice! In the room itself, loved the rain shower, the TV size and the general room mod-cons! All very good - would recommend and would def. stay here again.

Negativ: Registration form is not GDPR compliant! Not happy with the "If you do NOT wish to receive marketing info etc... then tick the box" - poor! Also, thought the Indian food was average at best. Would actually remove from the menu if can't cook it well! Lamb Roganjosh and Dal were liquidy, lamb tasted processed and where were the lentils in the Dal?

Positiv: Modern , interesting design, close to airport

Negativ: Much disrepair in hallways. Staff gave the feeling of trying to up sell you. Actually more the hotel policies than the staff, they were just doing what the were told.

Negativ: I booked because it was so close to the airport and had an overnight layover. In the morning, I came down to get a taxi and was told it would be 45 mins! I ended up downloading Uber and it took about 20 mins but this is something that DEFINITELY should have been warned about when checking in (considering my plane ended up taking off about 400 meters from the hotel).

Positiv: Hotel was clean and the rooms were excellent. The Breakfast was more than expected for the all-inclusive price. Many of the more expensive hotels in the area are not as good as this

Positiv: Zuerst konnte ich das Zimmer nicht über das Hotel buchen. Ich war gezwungen, online mit Dritten zu buchen. Mein Badezimmer war überschwemmt, als ich eine Dusche genommen hatte, wegen der Duschschwelle. Ich hatte mein Zimmer aufgewertet, einfach nur auf der Suche nach einem Kingsize-Bett. Das einzige verfügbare Zimmer war ein Süßes, das mir 275,00 Pfund gekostet hatte. Sie kompensierten mir nur 50 Pfund für ein Bad, das ich mit allen Handtüchern im Zimmer aufwischen musste.

Positiv: Sensationelles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!!! Grosse und komfortable Zimmer sowie ein sehr grosses Frühstücksbuffet; das Personal war nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die nahe Lage am Flughafen Heathrow ist für An- oder Abreisende ideal.

Positiv: The bar is looking nice

Negativ: There was a strange smell when I turned on the a/c in my room, filters are very dirty! The rooms are quite old and no windows so you can feel it's full of dust. The air inside there room and during the night was not good to breath. I was at the 3th floor

Positiv: Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Die Lobby.

Negativ: Leider fiel das IT System bei Ankunft aus, die schon kurze Nachtruhe wurde so noch einmal um mehr als 30 Minuten verkürzt. Das Zimmer hat die besten Tage augenscheinlich hinter sich, das hatte ich so nicht erwartet.

Negativ: Uncomfortable bed, small quilt scruffy furniture for a premium room.finger prints all over wood work not what I was expecting at all.

Positiv: I loved the comfy beds and the location of the hotel!

Negativ: The rooms were very small
