Positiv:: Spacious apartments, good windows for outside traffic noise, clean windows, clean floors, nice kitchen, good shower, very friendly owner/manager , good spacious closets, nice towels

Negativ:: Maybe the TVs can be updated and the mattresses

Positiv:: The area is nice, close to the hither road station, that takes you downtown in 20min.

Negativ:: The apartments are not run by personnel, you just get a code and a key. Therefor a bit unpersonal

Positiv:: Location nearby train station and parking place in front of the appartment, Host was friendly on arrival

Negativ:: Smell in entrance, outdated rooms, not so confortable, temperature shouwer was to hot and not possible to change temperature. Only 1 window. Electricity cables hanging lose.

Positiv:: Staff was friendly. Public transportation was easy. Kitchen in each room. Market, pizza place just next to the hotel.

Negativ:: The price was too high.

Positiv:: Das kleine Hotel wird freundlich und professionell geführt. Wir haben kurzfristig ein Upgrade von Studio auf Appartment bekommen. Die Umgebung bietet alles Notwendige. Fahrt zur City mit Regionalzug in 15 min.

Positiv:: The impeccable cleanliness in the room and the friendly hosts. The location of the hotel is very close to the train station. it takes roughly 30 minutes to get to Charing Cross Station (Trafalgar Square).

Negativ:: One might find it slightly difficult to travel to the hotel from the train station if he/she is carrying multiple large luggages.

Positiv:: The location was ideal. The staff were so nice and helpful. The shop next door was very good and a lot to offer. The entire trip was made even better knowing we had our lovely accommodation to come back to and relax and watch tv.

Negativ:: The wifi was hit and miss.

Positiv:: Being able to cook our own food and wash our dirty clothes. The bed was comfortable and fact that we had our own lounge to wash tv and fridge and dining table. It was home away from home. Just excellent

Negativ:: The parking The shower was too small especially if you are on the big side.

Positiv:: Room is big, clean and comfortable. Staff is nice

Positiv:: Super Lage, in 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Zug im Zentrum. Bahnhof ist 5 Minuten entfernt und Züge fahren alle 10 Minuten. Supermarkt in der Nähe.

Negativ:: Für 4 Personen vielleicht etwas klein, aber in London ist man nur zum Schlafen im Appartement.

Positiv:: We enjoyed the convenience of an apartment and cleanliness of a hotel. Necessary cooking utencils are furnished.

Negativ:: The only problem is the fixed type of showerhead, which is placed too high for a woman. If the showerroom is more comfortable, it would be perfect.

Positiv:: Very good Aparthotel with a good price. Clean and good apartment I can recommend

Positiv:: Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, wir hatten die Zimmer direkt über dem Pub. Die Lautstärke war allerdings nicht störend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sahen aus wie auf den Bildern, also keine negativen Überraschungen diesbezüglich. Bus und Bahnverbindungen in die City sind alle schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.

Negativ:: Das Bad war ziemlich klein und Sauberkeit steht bei den Engländern nicht unbedingt an erster Stelle. Es war aber nicht dreckig, es hätte einfach ein wenig sauberer sein können. :)

Negativ:: Kein wirklicher Empfang vor Ort, der Vermieter war nicht da und das Pubpersonal hat uns den Zimmerschlüssel übergeben und erklärt, wo sich das Zimmer befindet. Zimmer tatsächlich und Fotos der Zimmer stimmten vom Eindruck nicht überein. So lag auf dem Bett ein sehr dreckiges Zierkissen und der Teppich im Zimmer war auch sehr fleckig. An unserem zweiten Tag hat auch niemand das Zimmer gemacht und am dritten Tag sind wir umgezogen.

Negativ:: The music from the pub downstairs was very loud And unbearable.

Positiv:: Nice pub and large bedroom

Negativ:: No food! Not a good experience to be sent to the takeaway opposite.

Positiv:: The bed was really comfortable and I loved the blanket and pillows on the bed. The room was lovely and the staff were friendly.

Negativ:: Nothing I didn't like

Positiv:: Ok hotel .

Negativ:: The basic service was not there. The shower did not work at all. It was a nightmare. The only reason i stayed overnight was to be close to starting point of pedal to paris - eltham place. I had to leave by 6 am . The shower didnot work. There was no staff, the contact number was no answered. Such an imp day i had to start with extreme inconvinience. The worst was there was no staff and no way to get any help. Absolutely unacceptable for running a hotel. They did not provide the basic amenities that a hotel should provide. They should repay the £65 i paid. Absolute waste. Will ask everyone i know doing the ride next year to not use this hotel.

Positiv:: The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped book a taxi and gave excellent local advice.

Negativ:: No on site breakfast facilities. Noisy occupants in adjoining rooms. Leaking shower head and black mould around shower. Door frame was broken and security of room suspect. Door difficult to close shut (needs a handle to be able to pull door shut). Stairway carpet dirty and decoration slightly tired.

Positiv:: Great pub stay. Really friendly staff and locals.

Positiv:: Very friendly staff and great atmosphere in the pub below the rooms. Cosy feel to the rooms and all really clean. There were some good eating options in the restaurants and take aways opposite.

Negativ:: We’d booked a double room and it was two single beds which we had to push together.

Positiv:: The room was clean and the bed comfy. There is a local cafe for breakfast from 7am.

Negativ:: My room was on the 1st floor directly over the pub so was a bit noisy.

Positiv:: Nice area! Comfortable room. Great place!

Positiv:: Das kostenlose Frühstück mit hart gekochten Eiern, Joghurt, Müsli usw. Das Personal war nett und hilfreich! Es gibt begrenzte Toiletten und Duschen, aber ich hatte kein Problem, da nicht zu viele Leute dort zu sein schienen. Nur, dass es definitiv nicht genug Waschbecken gibt. Die Duschen waren großartig und heiß.

Positiv:: Ein sehr schönes altes Haus, aus dem das Beste für ein Hostel gemacht wurde. Alles sehr sauber. Personal immer vor Ort und jederzeit für Fragen offen.

Negativ:: Nichts. Alles Bestens.

Positiv:: The fact that the hostel is right on the doorstep of where I am working this week. Great that it is also a pub - now I know where to go for an after work beer!

Negativ:: The cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved.

Positiv:: Staff were very helpful the whole place was kept clean at all times of the day. The beds were comfortable the whole place had a good friendly atmosphere. Total value for money.

Positiv:: It is a bit complicated to get to the hostel, it requires 3 metro changes from the centre. That's the only thing. The area is quiet. The staff is super nice! I really liked the blinds you can put around your bed, so there is some feeling of privacy. Great value for money. I would definitely recommend if you are staying in London for few nights!

Positiv:: Great place, the staff and locals are very friendly and made the stay very welcoming. The Caribbean food from the kitchen was fantastic. Will definitely stay again.

Negativ:: High bunk with no access to climb, apart from over top of others

Positiv:: grundsätzlich ein gutes preis leistungs verhältnis - das personal sehr hilfsbereit und nett - am abend gemütlich zu sitzen um den tag ausklingen zu lassen ...

Positiv:: Pillow was comfy. There was a bar downstairs with tables , chairs, chouches. Close to trains as well. They had a microwave and fridge. Beds had a little curtain you could pull for privacy. They have lockers as well, just have your own lock.

Negativ:: Have to pay for breakfast. No separate bathrooms for males and females.

Positiv:: Receptionist was friendly and apologetic

Negativ:: Very grotty condition - dangerously cracked floor tiles in ensuite - badly stained ceiling tiles - poor painting of walls - old carpet - no window to outside. No restaurant even though listing says there is one. Very poor condition of building. I do NOT recommend that anyone stays here no matter how desperate you are for a room or to save money.

Positiv:: The environment, cleanliness and good customer service

Negativ:: Nothing

Positiv:: There was no breakfast.

Negativ:: It was incredibly basic. Lighting was poor. The TV barely worked, with only one channel operating, which kept cutting out. Bathroom & toilet had many signs of damp. The wash basin was miniscule and almost impossible to use. A broken curtain across a window looking out onto a yard of rubble added to the sense of being in a squat.

Positiv:: Leider gar nix. Es war unter alles Sau.

Negativ:: Die Zimmer waren mehr als dreckig. Die Dusche war komplett verschimmelt und sich der Rest was dreckig wie Sau. Man hat sich mehr als geeckelt wieder ins Hotel zu gehen. Die Bilder zeigen nicht das was man bekommt. Die Wände sind dünn so das man alles vom Nachbarn mitbekommt. Die Fenster waren gerissen und es hat gezogen. Keine weiterempfehlung. Dieses Hotel macht krank.

Negativ:: Shabby rooms only cleaned once during our stay tea facilities not replenished only two cups for 3 people

Positiv:: Rein gar nichts

Negativ:: Wo soll ich anfangen? Das Bad war einfach nur ekelhaft, es war Schimmel in der Dusche, das Wasser im Waschbecken lief nicht ab und die Toilettenspülung war so laut, das man diese auf der ganzen Etage gehört hat. Im Zimmer konnte man die Heizung nicht abstellen, so dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Auch das Schloß von der Zimmertür funktionierte nicht vernünftig, das wir echt Angst hatten aus unserem Zimmer zu kommen. Zum Glück haben wir die Tür irgendwie aufbekommen. Ich kann keinen empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu buchen, dort ist es einfach nur erbärmlich. Einmal und nie wieder

Negativ:: The hole place didn't look like the pictures...they must have been taken years ago. Shabby paint work cracks in the shared bathroom Tyles. Defendantly not suitable for disabled people such as myself.

Negativ:: The broken furniture, the stains on the bed sheets, the holes in the wall and the room smelt so unpleasant. The receptionist tried to charge us £50 for the room and I refused as it stated £40 online. Wasn’t a nice atmosphere at sll

Positiv:: Wi-fi

Negativ:: Walls is dirty shower room haven't got even shower pipe holder, corners dirty from mold and not been clean properly no light bulb matrass is old and not really comfortable when I went inside for the check in nobody was in the office to check me in I wait about one hour

Negativ:: Nothing not like..in pictures appear clean,but real was disaster....shower very dirty,the windows was broken (not possible to close ) and the walls was full of mold !!! I was very dessapointed !!!

Positiv:: Just the bed and the fridge and kettle

Negativ:: There was stains on the wall Hadn’t been vacuum in a while Needs a new wardrobe, it was broken The bathroom was disgusting Need a makeover,big time !! Will not be stopping there again
