Positiv:: Alles an diesem Hotel ist außergewöhnlich. Der Service und die Qualität sind immer über jeden Vorwurf hinausgehend. Die Lage ist auch perfekt.

Negativ:: Der Preis ist hoch, aber man bekommt viel mehr, als man bezahlt.

Positiv:: Das Personal war fantastisch. Mein Zimmer war großartig, besonders wenn man den Preis in Betracht zieht, obwohl es den "vollen" Preis nicht Wert gewesen wäre

Positiv:: Beautiful hotel wonderful staff in a great location.

Negativ:: Small bathroom. Toiletries don’t seem to smell of anything.

Positiv:: The suite was very comfortable. The food was of a high standard and the location is good. But the best thing by far about our stay was the staff at the Langham, especially Christina and Rodika in the Langham Club. They are just a joy to be around. Thank you for looking after us so well!

Negativ:: Rooms had issues. Although well furnished & comfortable, the first room was above the subway so really disruptive until after midnight, with trains every few minutes, making sleep almost impossible. We asked to be moved & the second room was somewhat below ground level. The windows were set very high, they overlooked the air conditioning unit for the kitchen & therefore lacked any view, let alone natural light. I might stay at the hotel again but only if I could speak to reservations regarding the room.

Positiv:: Everything I was extremely impressed with thier service and how they took care of you They always made you feel special from The moment you stepped in One will always go to a Hotel that will wellcome you back .. remember you , appreciate your stay and give you a better deal everytime you come back .. that is in essence what makes a Great Hotel from a good hotel I have stayed at many hotels in London ..some of the main ones ie landmark etc But I have never been treated to such a high level of service than at Langham Every call was answered with my name and that was there everywhere you went it was very personalized And the most important thing was that you were remembered , appreciated for coming back and given a better deal and Servive for your continued patronage It was an amazing expirience and Langham is the Hotel for us Every depts service was exceptional

Negativ:: Die Badezimmertür war defekt, sodass sich diese nur mit starker Kraft und lautem Geräusch öffnen lies. Leider zum Nachteil der anderen schlafenden Gäste im Zimmer.

Positiv:: The hotel were amazing from start to finish, every touch point of the hotel from checking in to the quality of the breakfast was on point. All staff were perfect. Well done The Ritz!

Positiv:: Das Ritz London ist ein wunderbares Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind das Herz des Hotels und tun alles, um dem Gast einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten und ihn zu entlasten und zu unterstützen. Noch immer habe ich ein Lächeln im Gesicht, wenn ich daran denke wie herzlich sowohl der Empfang als auch die Verabschiedung waren. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Produkte sind vielfältig und sehr lecker. Zu einem reichhaltigen Buffet mit ausgewählten und sehr frischen Produkten kann man aus der Karte Gerichte bestellen, die in der Küche frisch zubereitet werden. Der Service ist überaus freundlich und professionell und hat es nach unseren Beobachtungen nicht immer nur mit einfachen und freundlichen Gästen zu tun. Die Zimmer sind eine Augenweide, darüber hinaus bequem und alle Funktionalitäten sind vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und bieten vor allem Platz. Das ist in englischen Hotels ansonsten nicht immer der Fall. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sehr gerne wieder ins Ritz reisen.

Negativ:: Da fällt mir absolut nichts ein.

It was a fantastic experience and I considered it value for money despite some eye watering prices , the staff are very friendly and great fun . Great is a very over used world but I would certainly apply it here , best hotel I’ve stayed in . The conciage are just like on tv very friendly and welcoming

Negativ:: Virtually nothing , the only thing ld change is the tables I’m the bar , bit Formica like . That is really a tiny criticism compared with all else in this superb hotel

Negativ:: Zimmer-/Badezimmerfenster isolieren keinen Straßenlärm. Sie müssen sich diese Angelegenheit ernsthaft ansehen. Da es die Rate und Erfahrung auf ein niedrigeres Niveau bringt.

Positiv:: Wir haben unseren Zustand im Conrad Hilton sehr genossen. Die Lage war perfekt und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Mir gefiel die Tatsache, dass die U-Bahn-Station direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite war, sodass man vom Flughafen aus weder mit dem Taxi noch mit dem Taxi einsteigen musste. So einfacher Zugang zu allem, was wir sehen und gehen wollten, die ganze Zeit, als wir dort waren.

Negativ:: Es gab nichts, was uns während unseres Aufenthalts egal war.

Negativ:: Die Lage war einfach nur okay.

Positiv:: Wirklich schönes Hotel. Gutes Frühstück, das war im Preis enthalten. Große Zimmer (für London). Sehr schönes Bett und Bettwäsche. Tolle und hilfsbereite Angestellte.

Negativ:: I had the lamb for main course in the Dining Room - the meat was below standard (undercooked with fat throughout)

Negativ:: Everything was okay except one point happened in the reception, they get 100£ As deposit for any additional service, however during my checking out they refused for refund because they believe that the didn’t detect the full amount of the room rate, but after checking the admitted it was their mistake and release the amount of 100£. Positiv:: Breakfast was very good. Eggs were cooked to order the way you like them. There was a lot of choice.

Negativ:: Frühstücksbuffet jeden Tag das gleiche. Nicht viel Auswahl für ein 5 Sterne Luxushotel. Ich verbrachte hier 13 Nächte und jeden Morgen stand das gleiche Frühstück zur Auswahl. Es sollte viel mehr Auswahl geben.

Positiv:: Die Lage ist perfekt für den Theaterbezirk. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist sehr elegant, ein bisschen formell. Könnte für einen Touristen aus dem US-Westen einschüchtern.

Negativ:: Es gab einen guten Zimmerpreis, aber Getränke, Tee und Frühstück waren so teuer wie man es von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel im Zentrum Londons erwarten würde. Wir haben unser Zimmer zweimal gewechselt - das erste Mal auf Vorschlag des Bellmans, weil es keine Aussicht hatte. Das zweite Zimmer hatte eine Aussicht, war aber viel kleiner als das andere und hatte keine Badewanne. Wir wurden ein drittes Mal auf unsere Anfrage verlegt und bekamen ein wunderbares Zimmer (aber ohne Flussblick). Das Personal machte beide Bewegungen wirklich sehr einfach.

Positiv:: Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und wir hatten einen schönen Blick auf den Fluss und das beleuchtete Riesenrad. Das Personal war höflich, professionell und reaktionsfreudig. Die Lage ist großartig. Der Concierge war sehr hilfreich. Das Frühstück war großartig, aber wenn wir nicht einen guten Preis inklusive Frühstück erhalten hätten, wären die Kosten für das Frühstück nach a-la-Carte nicht Wert gewesen. Das Hotel ist schön und wir hoffen, wieder hier zu übernachten.

Negativ:: Für etwa die Hälfte unseres Aufenthalts funktionierte das Telefonsystem des Hotels nicht. Das Waschbecken in einem unserer Zimmer war ziemlich hoch und unangenehm für unseren älteren und kurzen Verwandten.

Positiv:: Der Service und die Angestellten waren außergewöhnlich. das Gefühl, etwas Besonderes zu sein, und wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen.

Negativ:: Room was like a dungeon. Very disappointing.

Positiv:: Ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, wunderbarer Afternoon Tea, spannende Geschichte, zu Fuß 10 Gehminuten zum Buckingham Palace, 5 Gehminuten zu Scotland Yard, 10 Gehminuten zum London Eye, 5 Gehminuten zum Trafalger Square... alles in allem sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel hat Geschichte, Kleinigkeiten in den Zimmern könnten renoviert werden, aber wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Positiv:: All the staff were great, very friendly and wanting to help.

Negativ:: I didn't like the room, we were given a disabled room with disabled fixtures and fittings in the bathroom, I didn't request this and wasn't informed about it, the first I new was when we got to the room. Paintwork flaking off of woodwork, split silicone sealant around sink area. Your average premier Inn room was better than this...….and much cheaper. Frosted secondary double glazing on the windows, absolutely no view at all, pull aside the secondary glazing to reveal the middle of the building, pipes, ductwork and filth everywhere (explains the frosted glass).

Negativ:: I was downgraded from a deluxe room to a standard room (essentially.a closet)and my compensation was a 14 £ cocktail. The following day the y transferred me to a deluxe room and despite two request to make sure there were no feathers in the room...

Positiv:: Great location away from the London bustle!

Negativ:: Long check-in process. And paying an advance of £50 per day for possible charges? which can take up to 7 days to be returned to me.

Positiv:: The location is great.

Negativ:: Firstly I don’t like the service of the bell boy at the front gate. I have been to a lot of hotels including five stars but never have seen the attitude like the bell boys from that hotel. All are standing even though seeing the customer is taking luggages. Secondly I don’t like the attitude of front desks stuff. Already requested for an early check in as I have a meeting and I arrived the hotel at 2:30. It was half an hour before of that hotel policy to check in time. They won’t let me in until 3:03pm and said the room is not ready yet. Seeing the customer is waiting and sitting there for half an hour, they have no effort like asking the housekeeper whether the room is ready or no welcome drink at all. Thirdly, I don’t like the room. I booked a river view but the view of the window is so small and can’t even say it is a view. I am feeling my money for that view is not worth it. The room is so small and the hotel is very old. Fourth, the elevator is very old model 1000kgs type and very narrow. It was stopping once in every floor. Very disappointed to take that elevator. Fifthly, I stayed in that hotel at the raining day. The hotel is so old and so bad and even water drops are pouring drop by drop from the ceiling. I saw a bucket and it was collecting the rain drops in front of the elevator entrance of eighth floor. I was so shocked seeing the rain dropping from the ceiling. When I check about the hotel, it says “the Royal Horseguards” is a Five Star Hotel. I don’t know in what part it is being rated five stars. I will rate it not even a three star hotel.

Negativ:: The room was small, the shower pressure was very weak the view was not brilliant

Positiv:: The front fest was very gracious and accommodating. Housekeeping was extremely responsive to requests. Concierge was helpful. The bar was friendly and had a nice light menu. The restaurant was excellent for dinner. It was very easy to get a table and service was excellent.

Negativ:: Took a bit of time to get attention of the waitstaff in the tea lounge for a seat just for a pot of afternoon tea. The breakfast buffet hardly changed over the week we were there so we started going out to breakfast after three days.

Positiv:: I took my partner for his birthday. it was lovely but i wanted the river view room and i rang before we got there to be told it was a river view room. When we arrived that wasn't the case. other than that it was lovely and the breakfast was delicious.

Negativ:: Nothing

Positiv:: Stayed in a king suite . View from the room was fantastic and the absolutely stunning at night. The room was spacious and comfortable with very nicely appointed furniture and bed. The bathroom with the heated floor was very nice surprise. Doorman was wonderfully welcoming, the bellboys were quick and helpful and the concierge was professional and always pleasant and patient.

Negativ:: I asked for an early check in which wasn't possible and I understood this. However, when I returned at the regular check in time, the receptionist without checking with anyone, insisted the room still wasn't ready. Had to ask for the manager, who after checking with housekeeping, found the room was ready. Receptionist was not happy at being contradicted and was less than pleasant for the rest of the check-in process. Not offered breakfast discount on check-in so would have paid substantially more if I hadn't found out about the discount by accident. Stayed two nights. Mini-fridge was not restocked the second day. Took 45 minutes to get a bucket of ice and then felt guilty for asking for it when we found out the poor guy doing room service was the only one on duty. Seems like the hotel needs to amp up the staff numbers to provide the five star service you're paying for.
