Positiv:: Wir haben 6 Nächte im Mondrian mit unsereren älteren Kindern verbracht. Das Hotel hat eine großartige Lage in der Nähe der besten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Toller Blick auf das Wasser. Wir hatten Getränke an den Bars, die großartige Cocktails und Aussicht bieten. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und mit qualitativ guter Bettwäsche. Meine Kinder liebten das Kino in dem Hotel. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Negativ:: Die einzige Enttäuschung war, dass einer der Concierges unerfahren schien. Sie buchte uns in einem sehr mittelmäßigen Teeservice in einem Restaurant in London.

And there wasn't extras like pastries because it was my daughter's bday it was a special time .I would stay here again but I wont have breakfast

Das Hotel hat eine sehr nette Bar auf der Dachterrasse. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und verfügen über diverse Annehmlichkeiten wir Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Beide Geräte waren auch super sauber!

Positiv:: Excellent location - walking distance to Waterloo/North Lambeth underground. Staff really friendly , particularly in the sky bar and ground floor bar. Breakast was really very very good. Had a real ' home-made ' quality to it , with a hint of Spanish sophistication. Bedroom on the small side, but very comfortable with superb views over the city . Would definitely book again .

Negativ:: First time in this hotel, and to be honest, quite disappointing. Firstly, sound proof was very bad, we could hear the television sound from the next room though out all night. Secondly, the bathroom was designed poorly, the water goes all over the floor after taking a shower, which makes it very wet and slippery. We paid for almost £280 per night, and I don’t think is worth it.

Negativ:: The telephone in the room didn't work, so we had to go to reception halfway through getting dressed to order room service.

Positiv:: Great room, plenty of space and facilities and in a very good location close to Black Friars Bridge and Southwark Tube station. Food in the main restaurant was excellent and very moreish, bar staff very friendly and day time receptionist was very considerate and caring.
Negativ:: I was charged again for the room, even though my company already paid for my stay. I advised this to the night porter and shown him my invoice but he still charged me. The night porters English wasn't the best so i think it was crossed wires. Fortunately i manged to get this refunded to myself but it was an inconvenience on the night.
